Chase was so weird yesterday. It wasn't Mason's fault that he was too preoccupied eating a girl's face when it's supposed to be our time together. Together. Should I cringe now?
I decided to take home all of my books since tomorrow's Saturday and I have to review some subjects. Chase didn't talk to me after that incident with Mason but I am hoping that I could observe him today. The often times I observe him the sooner all of this will be over.
It would be probably weird if I say that I am thinking of Chase right now. Why would I? It's not that he's gorgeous or anything. He is but... no I don't have a crush on him. Never. And the worst case scenario is I'm inlove in him. *snorts* Like that's going to happen.
I opened my locker and a note fell off.
Meet me later at the parking lot after school. –C
Great. Speaking of the devil.
Chase Humphry
She was walking away from the exit door. I felt my lips form a grin that seemed to foreign for me. She was looking down at her shoes as if it's the most interesting thing in the world. All of a sudden, a splash of wind hit her gently like it was made for her. Her hair swayed a little and she kept trying to tame it down but failed miserably. I watch her lips move together forming something too familiar.
"Chase? Hello?" my train of thoughts is cut off. Her eyes looked at me like I was something interesting. I have to keep myself from smiling.
"Get it." it's not the most appropriate thing to say but that's all I can say right now or I might giggle like a school kid.
She nodded and got in my beat up car. All the girls complain how ugly my car is, but Sara didn't say anything.
"So where are you taking me?" her lids fluttered like a beautiful butterfly. "Somewhere." And she kept silent. I know I am the least person she'd trust. But I hope she will. The car finally made a stop in front of my favorite pizza place. Her eyes lit up and as if on cue, her stomach grumbled like a mad man.
She let out of shy laugh and blush a little. I can't help staring at her. But I know I have to stop doing this some time. I totally look like a complete idiot right now.
"Bacon, hotdogs and extra cheese." Her cheeks were tinted pink. Of all the girl I slept with, she's the only one who eats as much as me. Not that I have any plans on sleeping with her. But how would that soft supple lips feel? That curve on her back, that beautiful arch on her neck. Ugh! I should stop being so girly. I have to stop this.
The pizza arrived and she immediately took a slice. Looking at her eating made me happy, which I find weird since this never happened before. And then she moaned. Jesus Christ.
"Stop that." I gripped the end of the table for my control. "Stop what?" her eyes were full of innocence. I can't be that guy. She's too good for me.
"Nothing." And as if on cue, there were gunshots everywhere.*
