Whirlwind~Lo'ak Sully

-Chapter 1: 781-

There was only light as my eyes slowly adjusted to the light. Weird Sky People surrounded me. Checking things out. "781 Can you hear me?" I nodded. "Sit up."

I quickly sat up and turned so my legs were dangling off the cot that I was on. The Sky People had me on the cot poking at me sticking things in me. Doing things. After they checked me out they told me to go to my room.

I walked through the halls of the sky people base passing soldiers and scientists before I made it to my room. As I walked in, I looked around. All there was in this room was a bed, a desk and a mirror and a small window seeing to the outside world. It was plain. They would always set out gowns for me to wear. Atleast I think thats what they are.

I've been here all my life, I never remembered life outside of this place but the Sky People told me that the outside world was very dangerous and I could never leave. Of Course i didnt listen and try to escape a few times. I removed the mask that was around my neck and sat it down on the desk.

I went and sat on the floor and looked out at the beautiful site out the window. I wish I was out there instead of in here. I always saw some people running out behind the gate. People like me. There a knock on my door before the really nice lady came in she looked just like me.

"Good evening, 781." She said

"Hi." I said looking at her then looking back out the window. She was the only person nice to me. She came and sat down next to me.

"How was your studies today?" She asked

"Fine I guess." I sighed

"781 what is wrong?" The women asked

"Did I ever have a life before being here?" I ask, suddenly looking at her.

"No, I don't think, why do you ask?"

"I was just wondering, I mean there is life past that gate. I know i've been told to never go there."

"Your right. But I also believe you should be here." I looked at her confused before she looked around.

"781, You belong out there with your people, there are some people in here that are actually loyal to the life out there. The people. The Na'vi people like you." There was a chime on her wrist before she looked at it and sighed and got up. "There is food on the desk for you please eat up."

She walked out of the room. I was slightly confused what does she mean people like me? I got up and went to my desk and sat down to eat. I looked back of the classes I had before. Learning about this place and how it was amazing. How the Sky People's work is good here. They are doing incredible work, how it was gonna make the world better.

After I finished my food, I changed gowns into a new one and climbed into bed my tail going back and forth a little before drifting off to sleep.

"781! Wake up!" As I woke up I looked around the room to see a head Sky person and a bunch of soldiers with guns. "Get up"

I got up quickly and stood by the side of my bed. "Stay there." She motioned for a solider to go towards me, which the solider did and put something metal around my wrists, and put on my mask.  Guards surrounded me as they pushed me to walk out the door and down the hall.

I was a little scared and didnt know where they were taking me. Lights barely lit the hall. We went down a ways before there was shouting. "You cant do this! She is a child!" It sounded like the women from earlier.

We past a room where the women was and she looked up and saw me. "781!" SHe started pushing past the soldiers. The soliders started pushing me to go faster which I did. "Let her go!"
