-Chapter 2: Pity-

I woke up and looked around seeing I was in a white room, in front of me was a large window with two humans, Jake and Neytiri standing and talking. I quickly got up and went by the door and tried opening it. Locked. I looked around the room for a good place to hide, the only place to hide was under a desk so I went under there and put the chair back in front of the desk and brought my knees again up to my chest and let out a shaky breath.

A few moments later there was some shuffling before the door opened and a human came in. "Jake! We have a problem!" The man said.

Jake came in. "What is it?"

"The girl shes gone!" The man said.

"We need to find her. Ill contact tarsem to see if the girl is with him. Ill have people looking, you should do some research to see if there any data about this girl." Jake walked out of the room. The man dropped something. A pen maybe?

He went down to pick it up and turned my way and looked. I backed up before the man stood up and left the room. I hope he didnt see me.

A few minutes later someone else came in and came by the desk and kneeled down. It was Neytiri. I backed up against the wall. "Im not gonna hurt you."

She pulled out the chair and sat down where the chair was. "Your name is 781 right?" I nodded "Sorry we had to…" She thought for a moment. "Make you fall asleep so to say but you need to calm down."

"Dont tell me to calm down." I mumbled.

"How about you come out of there? We can talk over here I would hurt you." She said. I thought for a moment and slowly came up and stood up. She walked over to a bed and sat down and I followed. "How old are you?" She asked

"I am 16 years old."

She smiles, "Your the same age as my youngest son." She then asked me how I knew the language and I told her the Sky people taught me.

There was a moment of silence. "I am sorry for the way I acted." I said quietly

She waved her hand back and forth. "Dont Apoligize, Im sure any of us would act the same way if we were a child and in a new place. Where did you come from? Your tribe?"

"I do not know of my tribe. All my life I knew of the sky people place." I said.

"Do you know where it is at?" She asked and I shook my head. "Thats okay we will figure it out."

I nodded and looked around before the door opened and sky people came in and Jake. "Glad to see you awake." Jake said

Jake then explained that his friends who were named Norm and Max were going to check me out. To make sure I was okay. After that was finished I was asked questions about where I was at and other things. "Do you have another name other then 781?" He asked

"No, I was only called that." Jake nodded

"Thats okay. How about we get you changed out of those clothes into real clothes?"

I was hesitate looking at Neytiri who sent a reassuring smile. "Okay." I said
"How about you follow Neytiri to a washing place and get washed up and get on clothes." Neytiri standed up and I followed as she walked out. We walked for a good mile to a washing place. People stared at me, Neytiri explained to me that they were called Na'vi.

I washed up before I got on the outfit Neytiri gave me. The bottom was brown and the top was brown and green with wrist things and a arm thing which Neytiri explained to me that it was a arm band, I could customize it however I wanted to.

After we were finished with that Neytiri led me back to her tent where kids were at. "Let get you something to eat."

I sat down as she fixed me up some food and then asked me if i could do my hair, I told her sure and she started doing it as I was eating. A little girl came over to me. "Hi!" The girl bounced with excitement.

"Hi?"

"Im Tukteiry but everyone called me Tuk. WHats your name?" The girl said

"Im 781."

"Thats a weird name why dont you have a name like us? A normal one."

"Tukteiry. Thats enough go back to playing with your siblings." Neytiri hissed and Tuk walked back to her play area. "Sorry about her, she is my youngest."

"It is alright." I replied. Neytiri soon got done with my hair and I thanked her. Jake came in along with a human boy before he called a 'Family meeting.'

Everyone gathered around where I was still sitting. "This is 781. She will be staying with us for a while treat her with respect." Jake said and explained a few things before the family meeting was done. Neytiri led me to an area where I could sleep, I then sat down and started playing with my wrist things.

Then another girl came to sit by me and waved. "Hi Im Kiri." She said. I told her my name and we started to talk. I told her my age and other things before a boy came over Neteyam.

"Whats it like out here?" I asked. "Ive always wanted to explore out here."

"Its great, we can show you around tomorrow if you would like." Neteyam said

"That would be amazing." I said.

"Okay Sully's time for bed!" Jake called out before Kiri and Neteyam stood up.

"Night 781." Kiri said and Neteyam waved.

I watched as Jake and Neytiri said goodnight and gave hugs to Tuk and there other kids. Talking with them. Neytiri looked at me with pity. I rolled my eyes and settled down throwing the blanket I had over me. "I dont need there pity." I mumbled and drifted off to sleep.
