When the sunlight hits Jeongguk's eyes, they force it to be open. A sharp pain strikes his head and he starts regretting every decision he made last night. He should have gone easy on the drinks. Now he has a massive headache. Sighing, he got off the bed and went to the bathroom.

Looking at the time, it was almost 10, great. He is also going to be late for work. He can just pray that the him being late news doesn't reach his father. He made a mental note of not going out and drinking on Sunday night. He took off his shirts and got into the shower. Taking a quick shower as he doesn't want to be more late than he already is.

Quickly using the body wash to wash his body and once he had made sure it was fully off, he hopped out of the shower. Drying himself up with his towel and tying it around his waist. He walked over to the thing and started to do his usual routine of skincare and brushing his teeth. He doesn't have time for it but he is still going to do it.

Taking the towel off as he walked into his walk-in closet and picked out one of the navy suits he got as a gift from Jimin, it was a Louis Vuitton suit. It fit him perfectly, Jimin knows him the best that's for sure. Putting on his Rolex that cost more than a one bedroom house. He decided to put a lip moisturizer so his lips can stay hydrated and don't get icky. Quickly brushing his still a bit damp here but he has no time to dry them, he can just hope the summer heat dries them.

Dashing out of his closet, he was going to grab his car keys when he heard a rustle and then a groan. He slowly turned around with his wide eyes.

"Oh, you are awake...and you are leaving." The girl who had herself covered up with the duvet spoke to him.

There's a naked girl on his bed. Jeongguk cannot believe he forgot he brought a girl to one of his apartments. Maybe he should email his father he will be more late than he already is.

His heart did drop when he saw his father in his office as he bowed to him before looking at his disappointed gaze.

"You are late. It's 11:30 am, you were supposed to be here an hour ago." His father let him know in a rude tone.

"I know, I'm sorry, Sir. It won't happen again." He said to him, looking away. He doesn't want to meet his gaze. Jeongguk isn't allowed to call his father 'dad' when he is at work, it's one of the rules they have. You will be treated like an employee when you are at work. It's fair if you ask him.

"I hate tackiness and you know that. You had your mother worried too when you didn't come home last night. Where the hell were you, Jeongguk?" His father asked. The only person who is allowed to break rules is him.

"I was at my starose apartment, I didn't want to make anyone worry so that's why I just went there after drinking a bit with friends. You said yourself that I should not come home if I am drunk. So I didn't." Jeongguk speaks back to him and there is silence in the air. Tension that you could cut with a knife.

"Even drinking too much is irresponsible. We have raised you better than this so act better. I don't have any more time to waste on you so I will leave. We have a meeting with our investors in 20 minutes, be there." Jeongguk's father bumped their shoulders together harshly before he left his office.
