Chapter 5

Luna POV

It has been over a week since I and Dad left Forks to go back to home for a pack meeting, and to be honest, it was a blast going back home. Not only did I get to go back and see the pack, but I also got to see my friends again and have some quality spending time with them, especially the little pups.

Unfortunately, all good things come to an end as me and Dad had to say goodbye and head back to Forks, where Mum and Prim were waiting for us. When we were gone, Mum kept updating us about what was happening in Forks, especially about Bella. Apparently, she got a bit better after spending time with Jacob Black, but that is just what I heard.

Me and Dad were currently driving home when we heard it; big-loud wolf howls. I looked at him with a worried look and he took my hand into his as he pressed on the gas pedal so we could get home quicker and not get exposed.

We soon arrived at home, and just as Dad was about to park his truck, I jumped out of the car, slammed the door, and ran inside to greet Mum and Prim. I was away from my baby sister for a week, what would you have done?

Mum hugged me very tightly after she caught me from almost falling because of baby toys on the floor. "I missed you, Mama. I missed you, so much."

"I know baby, I missed you and your Dad too," Mum said as she hugged me tighter. "It was unbearable without you and your Dad the first two nights. Me and Prim had to take one of your pillows into our room just to keep ourselves from crying to sleep."

This is exactly why I hate leaving Mum alone, especially since she has Prim now. She cannot handle being away from Dad or me, especially if we are in another city. This reminds me of the time Dad took me hiking once in the Canadian forest and Mum almost had a panic attack. Which is why we never leave her alone.

"Prue let the girl breath, we literally just came home," Dad said as he took me out of Mum's arms and instead got his arms around her and breathed in her scent. He missed her more since she's, his mate. It was normal for a werewolf to have a human mate - since it is very common in our pack - but it is also not very rare to have another werewolf as a mate, it was just uncommon as it happened to three werewolves in a ten werewolf pack.

"How are you feeling, love? And how was Prim? Was she good?" Dad asked as he kept stealing Mum's lips. I started feeling a bit uncomfortable, so I took my sleeping sister out of her bassinet and took her upstairs where she could get more sleep.

I put her into her crib and turned on the baby monitor before going to my room and look out the window...It's good to be back home.

*2 months later*

Luna POV

Goddess, how time flies by so quickly. Just yesterday it felt like me and my family were moving to Forks and Mum was still pregnant with Prim.

It is now April, and I feel like nothing has changed. I'm still waking up, going to school, and coming back like always. Dad is still going to work, and Mum is taking care of Prim at home, so nothing changed.

Except the fact that something is going on with Bella now.

She seems more distraught and worried then when she was last year after Cullen left her. Maybe I should check up on her, just to make sure she was okay.

'Dad, I'm going to see Bella,' I mind-linked Dad before getting my jacket and exiting the house, just to cross the street.

I walked up the steps and was ready to knock when the female opened the door herself, Bella. "Hi Bella."

"Hi Luna. What are you doing here?" Bella asked as she walked pass me and down to her truck.

"Just came to see how you were," I answered honestly. "It feels like we haven't been talking much lately."
