Luna POV

After returning from the pack house, everything got packed from clothes to furniture. The furniture was going to be in a truck, while our personal belongings were going to be in our cars. It was decided that Dad, Mum, and Prim will drive together, whilst I will drive alone since I have my driving licence.

After finally packing everything up and loading it into my car's trunk, everything ended. It was supposed to be a new start for our family, a new beginning where we could be ourselves and do whatever we wanted to do but keep the secret aswell.

And I ruined it.

I sighed as I took in my now former room. Plain. Everything was plain now. Just like it began.

"Honey, it's time to go!" I heard Mum yell from downstairs.

"Coming!" I yelled back as I walked out of my room, closed the door, and walked downstairs to see not only my family, but also the entire pack and Emily and Kim. "What are they doing here?"

"We wanted to say goodbye," Sam answered. "We also want to apologies for what happened. Especially the whole imprinting."

I looked at my family before Mum spoke up. "There's nothing to apologies for, Sam. Imprinting is like finding mates in our world. And you never know who lucky person will be."

I felt myself fidget when I felt Paul's eyes on me. I looked at him and saw him pleading me with through his eyes, almost telling me to not got. I felt a hand on my shoulder and relaxed a bit. "It's time to leave."

I nodded and headed out of the house and towards my car.

"Luna! Luna wait!" Paul yelled as I was about to enter my car.

I turned around to suddenly find him right in-front of me. "Paul, please don't do this."

"Luna, please don't leave like this," Paul pleaded as he grabbed my hands, causing sparks to fly all over my body and his. "I'm sorry about what happened between us over these few couple of days, but you are my imprint, Luna, just like Prim is Jake's. And you have no idea what losing an imprint can feel like."

Actually, I know, but I didn't want him to know. "Paul it's not just the imprinting, it's about you and pack finding out about us werewolves. You finding out means that Bella and the Cullen's finding out aswell. It's too big of a risk for us to stay here."

"So what? This is it? Just like that? Like it never happened?"

"Nothing ever happened, Paul," saying that hurt more than anything.

I saw Dad glance over and nodded his head before getting into his truck. I gently grabbed Paul's face in my hands, "Paul, please try to forgot me and move on. It'll be the best option for both of us."

Paul shook his head in response. "I'll never forget you, Luna. Never."

I felt tears gliding down my cheeks as I gently kissed Paul for the last time before getting into my car, starting it, and driving behind Dad, until we were out of Forks.

Paul POV

I can still feel the effect of Luna leaving. I bet Jake is feeling it too, even though his imprint is just a few months old.

We were currently back in the pack house, everyone sitting somewhere and being silent. If I knew that Luna and her family were like us, I would've approached everything differently. But it was too late. She and her family left, for good.

What hurt the most is that her goodbye was a kiss. A kiss that I'll never experience again with my imprint. I'll be able to move on from her, someone so equal and unique like me.

"I'm sorry Paul, I truly am man," Jared said as he put his hand on my shoulder.

"I know, thanks man," I said as Emily and Kim came back from the kitchen with Coca-Cola drinks.

"Paul, Jake, if there is anything we can do to help you, tell us," Seth said, his voice filled with sympathy.

Both me and Jake shook our heads. "No, it was our fault that we made Luna reveal their secret, and we should take the blame for it."

"So that's it? You're just going to let them go like that?" Embry asked, knowing exactly what was running through our heads.

Me and Jake both nodded.

"You too are such pussies," Leah said making everyone glare at her. "Both of you found your imprints and you couldn't even fight for them."

"Leah shut up," Jake puffed out.

"No! You only get one chance at finding love, and both of you ruined it!" Leah exclaimed as she stood up. "At least you should've fought for Luna, Paul. You're never going to have a second chance at love."

Hearing this made everything worse. I got up from my seat and ran out of the house, shifting into my wolf and running until I stood on a mountain, overlooking the whole of Forks.

The moon was high, and the sky was dark. Feeling at my emotions building up, I let out a howl of pain with only one thing on my mind.

Luna.
