Around 4 months later Jeff and Colette were in London, followed by the band and Mavis. Last month Mavis and Michael decided to call things official and have been going great ever since and love to join Colette and Jeff on double dates.

Ever since Jeff and Colette called it official for the second time, things moved slower and some might say better than the previous time a few years ago.

Colette walks on her tip toes through her best friends room, trying to make her way to the bed, shifting through the piles of clothes, food and tissues. Mavis had been sick all week and unable to move so Colette had been assisting her. She made her way to the bed and kissed her friend on the forehead saying bye as she had decided to go see Jeff's performance tonight.

As Colette walked the streets on her own her mind wonders to space as she starts thinking about her future with Jeff, as she does so she feels her self crashing into a hard male chest. She quickly starts frantically apologizing when she sees red wine all over the unknown mans white shirt. "Colette" the girl hears and she jolts her head to look at the man. It takes a few moments before Colette takes one slow step back, him. Dean Whitlock. "long time no see" the now known man says followed with a small smirk lingering on his face. Colette wished she could simply slap the dirty smirk of his face, but in fairness, she was in fact the one in the wrong, she was the reason his freshly white shirt was now red. "I'm sorry about this" she states politely before leaning into her bag and rummages around for some tissues, she hands them to him and quickly steps past the man and continued to the concert, walking away from her ex fiancé... Or so she thought. Colette feels her body snap around when a tight, familiar hand is holding on tightly to her small wrist, she knew it would leave marks instantly. She then felt his arm wrap around her waist like a snake. "Hey! let go!" Colette says, attempting to yank her hand away. By this point they were inches away from each other. Dean leans in to the now frantic girl, in hopes for a loving kiss. "Dean let fucking go.. I have places to be!" Instead of letting her go he puts him hand on her cheek "I see you died your hair and cut it all off.... it's ugly" He says gripping onto the ends of her hair "your not with that dweeb still are you?" the man asks referring to Jeff. "Yes I am now let go, I'm already so late... I'm going to miss his show!" Colette answers, raising her voice as she continues to beg for him to release her. "This isn't the end Col" Dean whispers in the girls ear. Colette's face turns red and her hand balls into a fist, as her knee makes way to his crotch. The man lets go of the girl and she runs away until she can't anymore. Unsure of where she was, she glances down at her watch, the time reading 10:15pm. Jeff's concert finishes in 15 minutes. In anger, tears fall down the girls face ruining her make-up.

Colette struggles to make her way to the concert but when she does the time on her watch read 11:05. When she arrives she sees a sight she wish she didn't, Jeff sitting on the curb drinking a whiskey with a tall blonde girl, sharing a cigarette. The two sit close to each other, as she continues to touch his arm. Colette's face falls to the ground in sadness and frustration. 'All the effort to arrive and here he is on the curb with some girl' Colette thought to herself. "Fuck this" Colette speaks out loud. Jeff's head bolts to were the familiar voice came from. He quickly jumps up and sees the small figure walking down the middle of the street. "Colette?" Jeff speaks, "Colette!" he repeats louder this time, before he feels a cold hand on his shoulder, "don't worry about her" the squeaky voice comes from the girl he meant, known as 'Cameron'. Without another word he shoves her hand off harshly and quickly runs away with his guitar in his hand. "Colette! stop this come here!" Jeff yells attempting to stop the girl. "Baby please!" Jeff yells once more, reaching the girl, now puffing. "C.." Jeff whispers attempting to grab her hand but as he does he sees the girl's bruised wrists. "Cole-" He is cut of by Colette, she whips her head around facing the man, tears falling down from her read, puffy eyes. "Leave me alone" Colette says whispering, her voice cracking slightly. Jeff feels his heart break into a million pieces at the sight. She still managed to be the most beautiful girl he has ever seen with the soft street light reflecting on her face. The two stare at each other for a few moments in silence in the middle of the road. "Jeff! slow down" can be heard in the distance from a British accent. The two glance over to the voice and see the same blonde women from before. Colette sighs and once again walks away. "Col-" Once again he gets cut off, "don't bother, we will speak later" Colette says walking, not bothering to glance back. As Colette keeps walking away Jeff turns to the tall blonde "leave me alone... I bet your mother isn't even sick, you just wanted to sleep with me" Jeff spits to the girl. Cameron laughs lightly, not denying what he had just stated. Jeff storms away from the girl making his way to the apartment that Colette, Mavis and the band had been staying in. As he walks down the street on the own he hums a unknown melody as a tear falls down his face. "A failure, I promised I wouldn't fail her again. I'm nothing but a fucking failure" Jeff speaks out loud to himself. "A failure"

Colette and Jeff sat in silence, the clicking of the clock the only sound heard... everyone else had already gone to bed as the time read 3:05am. "Where did you get them from C?" Jeff asks slowly leaning down to grab her wrists softly. Silence still filled the room. "Colette please"

"Dean"

Colette felt sick at saying his name. Jeff dropped her wrists back into her lap and looked away from Colette, his face simply unreadable. Anger? sadness? regret? Colette didn't know. "I-" was all Jeff said before standing up and leaving the apartment. Colette stood up once the boy left and decided to clean the place a bit. 5 minutes after Jeff left he was already arriving back at the girls room. "I'm sorry... I was mad, I didn't want you to see me in that state" Jeff said in a monotone, staring down at the carpet on the floor. The two sat on the balcony, the cold wind blowing. Colette sat with her knees to her chest and head on Jeff's shoulder. The two still hadn't spoken for an hour, but they stayed with each other and sat in silence watching the sunrise. 'Tomorrows problem' the girl thought to herself as she stared at the city of London coming back to life for a new day.
