The next day Colette and Jeff wake up to the alarm they set. They couldn't be bothered to pack yesterday so they agreed to wake up early and pack, aswell as clean and get Michael's car. Jeff went to Michael's, while Colette cleaned their apartment. Jeff came back with a flower in his hand and the car keys in the other.

They continued to clean as well as packing there bags. Colette was excited to meet Jeff's mother and family aswell as the road trip. It felt so new to her, like her and Jeff were a 'proper' couple. They got into Michael's car and strapped in for the road trip, it was around 2 hours away, Jeff insisted he drove. Colette slept majority of the road trip, and when she wasn't sleep she ate some snacks and sung some songs and then she would sleep again.

When the two arrived Colette was happy as could be, but also started to become nervous. She hoped that Mary liked her and wouldn't hate her for having Jeff's child. She couldn't believe how much her life had changed in such a short amount of time, but she loved it. Jeff opened the car door for Colette and he grabbed her bags from the back of the car, Colette grabbed onto Jeff's arm as dogs began to bark. A lady could be seen yelling at them to stop and smiling when seeing the two. Following beside her was an even older lady and a man. The lady who Colette assumed was Jeff's mother ran over to the two and hugged her son. "I've missed you so much scottie" could be heard from the lady, Jeff hugged her tightly and a small smile formed on Colette's face. "and you must be Colette!" she smiled brightly at the girl and pulled her into a tight hug. "It's so great to meet you" Colette said happily.

They walked into Jeff's family's home and Colette met everybody, 'everyone is so sweet' Colette thought to herself.

Jeff held onto Colette's stomach rubbing it gently, the two sat on the bed that they would share for the next few days. "I love your family Jeff, they are all so sweet" Colette told the boy, playing with his soft brunette hair. "Thank you baby, they seem to love you too... i knew you would all get along" he replied to the girl, still rubbing his soon to be child. "Will we find out the gender or wait?" Jeff suddenly changed the subject, curiosity getting the better of him. "find out don't you think?" Colette asked "i think so... i can't wait that long to figure out" Jeff responded to the girls question. "I love you so much Colette. I know how fast this has all gone, but i promise i won't ever leave you and i want to spend the rest of my life with you. You don't even know what you mean to me" Jeff told the girl looking into her eyes. "I love you too Jeff. I know you won't leave me. I want to also spend the rest of my life with you" Colette smiled pulling Jeff in by his face for a big gentle kiss. The two parted and smiled before getting ready for their long lasted slumber.

The next days went by fast, spent getting to know everyone, going on walks, family dinners, memory albums full of photos. Colette got to know Jeff's family very well, mostly his mother though. She created great bonds with them all that she was thankful for. When it was time to leave Mary walked to two to there car. "I'm going to miss you both so much! hopefully next visit you have a little one with you! It was lovely meeting you Colette" She told the two, pulling them both in for one more long hug before the two were off back to New York. On the way home Colette thought about what was going to happen now, what would happen with Jeff and Columbia records? what were his plans... Colette didn't know but she knew should would stick with him through it all.

Time skip a few days after they got back from there trip. ೃ⁀➷

"Oh Coletttteeeee" Jeff spoke arriving home from a meeting. Colette jumped from the couch and ran to the man at the door giving him a tight hug, she had missed him extra today, her emotions have been through the roof now her morning sickness has mostly left. "I have a surprise for you Sunshine" Jeff spoke holding onto Colette, before kissing her forehead and pulling her back so he could see her face. "Follow me" Jeff spoke once more before grabbing his girlfriends hand and walking outside there apartment building. Jeff stood behind her, putting his hands in front of her eyes so she couldn't see what was in front of her. "Surprise!" Jeff yelled suddenly taking his hands away from her eyes. A bright red cherry coloured car parked with the keys being placed into her hands. "Our first car together" Jeff said smiling nervously at the girl. A salty tear ran down Colette's cheek as she started at the car. Fear ran over Jeff "Oh, don't cry... I'm sorry if this is to much. Is it the colour i can change it, blue?, yellow?, or no car?" Jeff said chewing his nails moving closer to the girl trying to stare into her eyes to find an answer. "I'm just so happy!" Colette spoke getting louder each word, before running up to Jeff. He understood her emotions were through the roof. He was just relieved she didn't hate the car and that she was happy. Jeff lifted her off her feet and spun her around also feeling happy with his purchase for the two. He kissed her soft lips and carried her to the car, he opened the door with one hand before placing his lover into the passenger side of the red car. He opened the door and sat in the drivers side "Let's take her for a whirl" Jeff said before placing a hand on Colette's thigh that didn't leave the whole ride. Colette had her hair out, moving with the wind and her hands in the air, she felt like the moment was straight from a movie. She giggled and turned up the song in the car and sung to it loudly, Jeff smiled and admired the girl next to him, knowing he had never felt more happy in his life. Once the trip was over Colette snapped and turned to Jeff "Where in the universe did you get this car and how could you afford it?!" Colette said to the boy. "Columbia contract it payed, i brought a car and sent some money to Nana... I owe her some" Jeff simply stated grinning at the girl. Colette gave him one more hug before going back inside.

Colette and Jeff sat down eating dinner together on there new table. "Jeff, what's happening with Columbia?" Colette asked "What do you mean?" he simply replied looking up at the girl with confusion. "Well I mean, what's going to happen with it all? what do you have to do?" Colette asked not sure how to explain it. "Release my first album and maybe got on tour sweetie" Jeff said before continuing his dinner. Colette didn't reply. "Is that okay?" Jeff asked stopping and looking up and his girl once more grabbing her hand. "Oh yes... what about me though. I'll be back here with baby" Colette said referring to her stomach looking down, hurt she couldn't go with him. "Of course you can, we are just going to have a madly epic tour bus to make sure your comfortable before baby comes, and then when baby comes I'll miss some shows. It'll be fine don't you overwhelm that sweet precious head of yours. I won't leave you alone with our child C" Jeff said reassuring the girl before kissing the outside of her hand. Colette smiled and continued eating dinner, satisfied to see where the future would take them.
