With song of finality
And hymn of grace,
A cry of sorrow
An embrace of peace,
You are released from this place
Of gravity and mourning
To sing and dance with feathered beings
And raise the voice that you'd lost once again.
With memory of you
And the remaining to carry on your legacy,
You are bound no longer
By chain and bone,
Allowed freedom from mortal flesh
And temporary promises,
Given the strength to use your body
To the fullest extent it was meant to be used
With your Savior above
