Rajveer and Atharva were coming down the stairs, engrossed in conversation. But Rajveer's mind seemed to be elsewhere.
Atharva leaned in close to Rajveer's ear and whispered urgently:
"𝑲𝒖𝒄𝒉 𝒃𝒉𝒊 𝒎𝒂𝒕 𝒃𝒐𝒍𝒏𝒂, 𝑹𝒂𝒋𝒗𝒆𝒆𝒓. 𝑷𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒆, 𝒔𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒓𝒂𝒉𝒏𝒂 𝒂𝒖𝒓 𝑹𝒖𝒅𝒓𝒂 𝒔𝒆 𝒌𝒐𝒊 𝒃𝒂𝒕 𝒎𝒂𝒕 𝒌𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒂... 𝒑𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒆! 𝑴𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒅𝒐𝒔𝒕, 𝒌𝒖𝒄𝒉 𝒃𝒉𝒊 𝒎𝒂𝒕 𝒃𝒐𝒍𝒏𝒂."
(“Don’t say anything, Rajveer. Please, stay calm and don’t speak to Rudra... please! My friend, just don’t say anything.”)
Atharva's plea hung in the air, filled with a sense of urgency and desperation.
Rajveer looked downcast and muttered, "I have no interest in talking to useless people."
Atharva shook his head and murmured to himself, "𝑩𝒂𝒔 𝒌𝒖𝒄𝒉 𝒈𝒂𝒅𝒃𝒂𝒅 𝒏𝒂 𝒉𝒐 𝒋𝒂𝒚𝒆, 𝑮𝒐𝒅 𝒃𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒂 𝒍𝒆!" (Just make sure nothing goes wrong, God save us!)

Rajveer stopped her with a gesture, wiped his hands with a tissue, and said in a stern voice, "Breakfast was delightful, but I must be off. You all continue enjoying the meal and each other's company. Have a fantastic day ahead!"
The tension in the room was palpable as Rajveer stood up, his words hanging in the air like a challenge.
Saying this, Rajveer started going up to his fourth floor. There was a slight moisture in the eyes of the woman downstairs who was being looked at by Atharv. Atharv said to her: Badi Maa, please leave it!

Parul was in her room, wearing a sleeveless white nightgown, the dim light casting eerie shadows. She was writing in a beige diary at her study table, her face void of emotion. Suddenly, the lamp on her table crashed to the floor, shattering the silence. Startled, she quickly stood up, her voice trembling as she whispered,
