Far out in the ocean a small craft glided across the water. The boat had been going for three hours now which was plenty of time for Lucy to share her stories with the obsidian people(I don't mention their names because they're unpronounceable with human speech, the reason we can't pronounce it is so abstruse im not even going to try and explain it). However, all these stories did was make the obis uncomfortable. Were they really about to let this monster loose on their home soil? Lucy mostly talked about her "pranks" which were mostly harmless, but still...

Suddenly the whirl of the motor stopped and the dashboard glitched out. "Get over here." Called one of the obis to the other. They both stared over the panel. A dark fog began to roll in around the boat. "I don't like this." said one, the other agreed. Lucy noted that they both seemed to be of one mind.

"Sooo, how many of us are on this boat?" she asked, knowing the answer. "It's just you, and us two." said one of the creatures. "Wrong, there you two, me, and one other. I can feel them." A strange look came over the creature's face. "Where?" "Under us." The boat lurched, it felt like something had just latched onto them. The two Obies seemed concerned but Lucy was enjoying herself, she didn't know where this was leading to but she could feel the adventure in the air.

The obies advised her to get to the cache inside the ship, but she refused. They insisted her to hide again for she was their duty but she assured them she would be fine.

After a few tense minutes of waiting they heard a splash and a dark figure jumped up from seemingly nowhere and landed in the boat. Lucy knew that a fight was about to ensue but she wanted to sit this one out. She knew this was only the beginning, best to hold out till the good stuff.

The shadowy figure lurched out at the first Obie and they soon began to brawl, the other Obie moved in to help. Lucy noted that the assailant was holding their own against the two giants but was very clumsy, inexperienced and overall not villain material. Definitely not the one in charge. SPLASH! One of the Obies was thrown overboard. Lucy watched with lazy eyes as the giant struggled to swim but was pulled down by their immense weight. She knew that they didn't need oxygen and as long as they were not crushed by the pressure this little mishap would be nothing more than an annoyance for them. SPLASH! When the other.

The figure took a second to catch their breath then faced Lucy. Lucy stood up, and stretched with a yawn. "Who are you?" said the figure. "Nunya, and guessing by what you did to my partners I'm not surviving this encounter, therefore you could remove your mask and it wouldn't make any difference." Lucy was trying to beguile the figure into showing their face. The figure looked puzzled. Lucy shrugged. Reluctantly the figure reached over their head and slowly pulled away at the mask.

Lucy was a little disappointed. It was nothing more than some redhead girl. "Boring!" She said out loud. At this an angry expression came over the girl and she shook her fists and two beams of light shaped in a curve came out. "Lame." Lucy raised one hand and two pillars of dark smoke came from the motorboats deck and wrapped around the figures arms pulling them apart. The reason Lucy had the silent remove her mask was because she took pleasure in watching the struggle of her victims, hard to appreciate your work when it's all covered up. She could definitely see the looks of pain in the girl's face.

She lowered her arms but the smoke stayed, and it began to slowly split in either direction pulling at the girl's arms. Lucy was a little impressed that the girl wasn't screaming out in pain but the look on her face was definitely satisfactory. Suddenly a beam of light shot out from the dark fog and hit one of her smoke pillars, it immediately vanished. With her now free arm the girl pulled out one of her swords and began to maddly hack away at the second pillar but to no avail.

"The boss!" Vried out Lucy she was now ebullient, it had been a while since her last good fight. She tossed the girl aside like a kid does with a toy it's no longer interested in. She heard a loud snap as the girl's body landed halfway over the railing. Her body was bent in a way that it shouldn't. "Off!" said Lucy. She was now pretty sure that the girl was dead, no matter if she had a new play friend.
