Blind karaoke did not go as planned. It only lasted a few songs before Alexei started singing American Pie to everything he was given. As a group, they decided to switch back to the traditional version so they could pick their own songs. Sonya had been keeping a list of songs that people wanted to sing so she could put them on through the speaker, "Bugman. You are up."

"Yes! Finally," Scott grabbed the fake microphone.

"He's going to do something embarrassing. I need to film this," Cassie was cringing but still pulled out her phone.

"Hope never lets me sing this one," Scott's shit eating grin confirmed Cassie's thoughts.

When the music started up, Cassie heard Yelena chuckle, "Thor help me."

She leaned over and whispered, "I do not think the god from space can help you with this one, baby bug."

Sonya shushed them rather loudly which earned her two middle fingers before Scott started to sing. From Yelena's other side Melina whispered, "there is not enough vodka in the world for this."

"Give him a chance," Yelena snickered, taking a sip from her freshly topped off drink.

Mama washed and combed and curled my hair
And she painted my eyes and lips
Then I stepped into a satin dancin' dress
That had a split on the side clean up to my hips
It was red velvet trim and it fit me good
Standin' back from the lookin' glass
There stood a woman where a half-grown kid had stood

She said, "here's your one chance, Fancy, don't let me down
Here's you one chance, Fancy, don't let me down'

"He is good, da?" Alexei sat and watched Scott perform a song that he clearly had been practicing for many, many years. "Like gift from God."

"Papa has a man crush on your dad," Yelena whispered to Cassie trying to avoid the scathing gaze of Sonya. She, too, was clearly enjoying the performance.

She handed me a heart-shaped locket that said
"To thine own self be true"
And I shivered as I watched a roach crawl across
The tie of my high-heeled shoe
It sounded like somebody else that was talkin'
Askin', "mama, what do I do?"
She said, "just be nice to the gentlemen, Fancy
And they'll be nice to you."

"Voice of Angel," Alexei went on with his praise.

Yelena shrugged, "it is a good song. I will give him that."

"Hope thinks it's weird when he sings a song about being a little girl hooker," Cassie laughed when the three of them turned to look at her. "Her words. Not mine. I think dad is great."

"Good song. Long but good."

"This is not the right song choice for him," Melina took a drink. "If this were the voice, I would not turn my chair."

Yelena's eyes lit up, "we should play the voice! I would turn for Scott. He has potential. Nice range. Dance moves leave a lot to be desired."

"Hey!" Scott looked slightly offended at Yelena's statement before jumping back into the song.

Well, that was the last time I saw my ma
The night I left that rickety shack
The welfare people came and took the baby
Mama died and I ain't been back

But the wheels of fate had started to turn
And for me there was no way out
It wasn't very long 'til I knew exactly
What my mama'd been talkin' about
