I noticed Rouge head upstairs, and I had a bad feeling that it was for other reasons than the bathroom. "Glad you're feeling better, Sonic, but I have a little business to take care of," I said, hiding upstairs. When I got there, I saw Rouge inspecting the Chaos Emeralds. "Rouge, step away from the emeralds," I said, threateningly. "Knuckie, you know I was just looking," she said. "And?" I asked. "Oh, Knuckie, I know you like me. Just look at the color of your face!" she said, laughing. I blushed even harder. "Well, you still can't take the emeralds, Rouge," I said, stumbling over my words. "Oh, I know," she said, grabbing my chin. Just as she was about to kiss me, Sonic ran in. "Oh, am I interrupting something?" Sonic said, mischievously. "No, nothing," I said in a rush. "Well, in that case, Eggman is downstairs, attacking, and I'd suggest you come down and help us fight before Tails's house is in ruins," He said.
