Louise was busy folding clothes, yet again. Thankfully her workday was nearly over. Louise was looking forward to food, shower and Netflix with her Ragdoll cat Xena.

As she turned to go to the staff room, the door to the store flew open. Louise looked up to see who the end of day customer was. He had beautiful brown eyes and a smile that could light up the whole damn town. Louise thought he looked kind of familiar, but she couldn't quite put her finger on where from.
"Hi, can I help you?" She asked as Stick Season played through the store speakers. "Ermmm, yea. I need a dress shirt please, for tonight." He said. Louise looked at him, she had been at this store long enough to know a persons measurements, by eye alone. "Of course sir. Any particular colour?" "Brendon" he said. "Pardon..." Louise said looking up at him "My names Brendon". "Pleased to meet you Brendon. I am Louise." "I know" Brendon laughed gesturing to Louise's name tag. "Oh yes of course" Louise giggled, blushing a little. The way Brendon was making her feel, she couldn't quite understand or describe. He was handsome and charming and instantly made her feel at ease. The music changed to More than Words. Brendon looked Louise in the eye a few seconds longer than was needed. "So what colour do you have in mind?" "Huh?" Brendon asked. "Dress shirt? Colour?" "Oh, white please." Louise led Brendon over to the selection that the store carried. Whilst Brendon browsed ,she went to close the store by turning the sign around and locking the door. Brendon went to the till with his shirt. Louise rang him up and he paid, whilst she put his shirt in a bag. "Locking me in huh" Brendon laughed. Louise quickly went to let Brendon out. "Look, I don't usually do this, but could I have your number please? I would love to hang out with you sometime". Brendon rubbed the back of his neck. Louise was always a careful person and usually never took risks. But something about Brendon made her say yes. Before she knew it they had exchanged numbers and he was out the door.
