Ashlyns pov

The whole group was really close I mean after having to fight for our lives with each other for the entirety of freshman year every night it was pretty inevitable

And when I say all of the group was close I mean well all of us

Phantom busters:

Aiden: TWO WEEKS TILL JUNIOR YEAR (set then so that way they can drive )

Taylor: WHOOP WHOOP

Tyler: why are y'all excited

Ash: we have that trip planned remember today

Tyler: trust me Taylor would not let me forget

Taylor: YUP WELL BE AT UR PLACE IN TEN BEN

Aiden: Ben ten reference

Quick ref of what they're all wearing Taylor: Bikini top jean shorts and a tied button-up Tyler: same shorts but knee length same button up and a white tee shirt

Aiden: One of those LA shirts and shorts same for Ben but with long pants Logan: Dark blue sweater and jeans

Ashlyn: oversized tee , and matching biker shorts

Timeskip to when they're all there

We were all outside of aidens house waiting for ben to drive the car out on the driveway

He honked for us to move to the side as he drove down "I'm sitting in the front to control the radio" I said

Aiden Taylor and Tyler sat behind us with Taylor sitting between Tyler and Aiden for obvious reasons

While Logan lied down in the back seat
Ben began driving Logan was reading and the rest of us played Uno

"Plus four" I smirked and Tyler groaned as he picked up four cards "what color Ashlyn ?" Aiden asked "red" "Oh-oh Uno!" Taylor yelled excitedly

"Again?" Tyler sighed "Your really good at this you know" Aiden chuckled "ya I know" she playfully ruffled his hair and he smiled— like a genuine smile

I let out a small puff of air "hey I'm just gonna listen to music now" I grabbed my headphones "ok I basically already won" Taylor smiled

Earning a scoff from Tyler and a gentle nudge on the shoulder from Aiden

"You guys are such soreeee losers"
"Hey ben?"

"Can we stop at a gas station I need to use the restroom"

Ben gave a thumbs-up before stopping at some place nearby "ooh I'm getting snacks" Aiden followed shortly behind Taylor

Ashlyn sighed getting out of the car too "I'm gonna buy some gum for the road"

"Can I use your bathroom please?" Taylor said "I'm afraid you'll have to buy something"

Taylor groaned but then Aiden put a hand on her shoulder "here ill get these chips"

"Thanks your so sweet, I may or may not have left all my money at home"

Aiden snickered while the employee smiled "ah young love" "oh w-w were not-" Taylor fumbled over her words "Just go use the bathroom" the employee pointed behind her Ashlyn scoffed

"Just the gun please" "okay that'll be 1:35" she handed her two dollars "keep. The change"

The employee leaned in and whispered something "Oh and hunny if you want to break those two up youre gonna need to be quick" 

"They are not dating!" Ashlyn screamed she covered her mouth quickly before earning shocked looks from Aiden and some other shoppers

Before Aiden had a chance to reply Taylor came back
"Okay let's go!" Taylor exclaimed

Everyone sat back in the car and now the beach was only about five miles away

"How much longer till we're at the beach?" Logan said finally waking up

"Huh your finally awake sleepyhead" Tyler joked

"About 45 minutes" Ashlyn replied

Taylor yawned placing her head on Tyler's shoulder " I can take a quick nap till then"

About that amount of time later

"Wake up tay were here!" even Tyler sounded excited for the day to begin
