Chapter 5: Seeing her after 9 years

"Riya's sister faced a lot of issues because of the previous mistakes," Ali continued, his voice filled with respect for the woman who had turned adversity into opportunity. "No one was ready to give them orders at first. She had to start from the very bottom. She would go to the roads where day laborers stood, waiting for work. These people only searched for jobs for that day. She recruited workers from there and began the furniture work."

Kareena leaned in, captivated by the narrative.

"She would make the furniture and then take pictures of it to upload on Facebook and Instagram. Through social media, she started to get some clients," Ali explained. "But she needed more workers, and she couldn't afford to hire many. So, she worked in the factory day and night to complete the orders herself."

Ali's admiration for Riya's sister grew as he recounted her story. "Eventually, she hired daily workers, mainly women who had no other source of income. These were women who had faced tremendous hardships—some had been raped and thrown out of their homes, some were widows, and others had escaped toxic families. She hired them and motivated them, showing them that they could also create miracles in their lives."

Kareena's eyes sparkled with inspiration. "She gave them hope and a chance to rebuild their lives," she said softly.

"Exactly," Ali affirmed. "After two years, her hard work started to pay off. Her success began to grow. She expanded her business to include products made from recycled materials, turning waste into beautiful bags. This venture was a huge success, and within a year, she stepped into the construction industry. Remarkably, she reached the second place in that field, just behind Khanna Empires. And now, she's entering the textile industry."

Kareena felt a surge of determination and pride. "Riya's sister is truly inspiring. She turned every obstacle into an opportunity and helped others along the way."

"Yes, she did," Ali said, nodding. "That's why it's important to understand her story. She didn't just build a business; she created a legacy of resilience and empowerment. If you want to work at NR Industries, you need to bring that same spirit of determination and compassion."

"I understand, Bhai," Kareena said, her voice firm with resolve. "I'll work hard and earn my place. I'll honor her legacy and contribute to the company with integrity and dedication."

Ali smiled, proud of his sister's resolve. "I know you will, Kareena. Just remember, every challenge is an opportunity to grow stronger. Embrace it, and you'll succeed just like Riya's sister did."

Kareena nodded, feeling a deep sense of purpose. She was ready to take on the challenge, inspired by the remarkable story of resilience and determination that Ali had shared.

"Wow. I want to see her," Kareena said, her eyes shining with excitement and admiration.

"You will see her this evening. Just wait," Ali replied with a knowing smile.

Neil, who had been standing quietly behind the door. "She is such an inspiration and very brave," he said, his voice filled with genuine admiration.

**Evening at Khanna Mansion:**

"Namaste, Neela Ji," Swetha greeted warmly as she opened the door, welcoming Neela and Riya into the house. Neela and Swetha embraced each other affectionately.

"This is my mother-in-law. We call her Bebe. You can call her Bebe too," Swetha said with a smile.

Neela and Riya approached Bebe to take her blessings. "Namaste, Bebe," Neela said, bowing slightly.
