5) The Bully

"What is wrong with you guys?" Aurora crossed her arms. 

"Shut up, nerd", the girl standing in the middle smirked. 

It didn't take time for Aurora to figure out that the middle one was like the leader, and behind were her two sidekicks, "Well, I know. Your mouth is rude, so glue it up. Everything will be better." 

"How dare you? Do you know who my dad is?" 

"Why? Your mom didn't tell you?"

"Haw, look at her audacity. Such a bitch", the girl's eyebrows shot up. 

Aurora looked around and spotted a cup of water on the nearby table. She smiled, "Okay, fine. I give up, I am sorry." 

"Yeah, you should better be so-" 

Aurora took the cup and spilled it over the girl's dress, "Oops, looks like my hand slipped. Not so sorry." 

"YOU ARE GOING TO REGRET THIS!!" 

Aurora ran out of the common, while the girls chased her. She was a lot faster than them. She entered an empty classroom, went in and hid under a desk. She didn't realize that someone was sitting next to her. 

"Hey, what are you doing?" the person next to her asked. 

"WOAH!" Aurora was startled. 

It was a girl. After a closer look, she recognized that she was her roommate, the same girl in the photo frame, "Wait, you are-" 

"NERD! I KNOW YOU ARE HERE! YOU BETTER COME OUT!" the girl who bullied her came into the classroom. 

"Are they chasing you?" her roommate asked. 

"Shush!!" Aurora placed her finger on her lips. 

"Oops, are they chasing you?" her roommate whispered. 

Aurora nodded. 

"Why?" 

Someone else entered the classroom. "Hey! What's going on? Why are you shouting?" a manly voice questioned the bully with a raised voice. 

"Oh, sorry, Noah. Nothing, nothing. I will take my leave", the bully's voice suddenly became sweet and gentle. 

The bully left the room, and Noah walked towards the table where Aurora was hiding, "Get up and come out." 

Aurora winced and came out of hiding, "Heyyy!" 

He was another one of the good-looking guys. He had short Auburn hair split into a side hairline. Black eye color and freckles that went well with his fair skin tone. A chiselled jawline and an unbelievably perfect nose. No wonder why that bully girl switched to a sweet accent. 

"What do you think you are doing? Making a scene on your 1st day of school?" 

"Hey, how did you know?" 

"I am the head of the student council at Crestwood Heights Academy, Noah. I was informed earlier that you will be coming." 

"Ohhh, right." 

"That girl is Bethany. She is the daughter of one of the biggest fundraisers of this school. You better stay away from her." 

"Yeah, as long as she does the same", Aurora nodded. 

Noah smirked at her response. "Come let me show you around", Noah walked out of the class and Aurora followed. 

While walking, her roommate tapped on her shoulder, "Hey, what's with the ruckus?" 

"Oh, hi. I forgot you were here. I am Aurora", they shook hands. 

"I am Sarah", she smiled. 

"I am your roommate, by the way." 

"No way! Finally, you are here! I was so lonely. Now, I got a girlfriend!" Sarah danced. Aurora giggled and was happy that her roommate was so sweet. 

"Girl, we have so much to talk about. So much tea!" Sarah grabbed her arm, "Come on!" She pulled it and ran. 

"The new girl is quite interesting", Noah chuckled as he saw them run away.
