6) The Visitor

"I was there because I like listening to music alone sometimes. I know it's weird under the table, but it's small and cozy", Sarah said, "Why were you hiding?" 

Aurora narrated the whole drama that happened in the common room. "No way! You threw water on Bethany's dress?" Sarah was surprised. 

"Yep." 

"That's so cool! Since she comes from one of the richest families, no one dares to mess with her." 

"Well, I don't give a fuck. She asked for it." 

"You are so brave, girl!" 

Aurora smiled at Sarah's compliment, "I should decorate my side of the room too. Yours is so pretty", she looked around their dorm room. 

"Thanks! Don't worry, I will help you. Oh yeah, why did you join the academy so late?" 

"Umm, I was not supposed to join this academy." 

"What do you mean?" 

"My family lives in a different part of the state. I used to attend the high school there, but I got a fullfunded scholarship here. Hence, I got transferred. So, yeah." 

Sarah leapt to her feet and ran towards Aurora, "Shut up! You got a scholarship here? Does that mean you are super smart and have good grades?" 

Aurora nodded. 

"Can you help me do my assignments then?" Sarah begged with puppy eyes. 

"Obviously, girl. I will do them for you." 

Right when Sarah was doing her happy little dance, someone knocked on the door. "I will get that" Aurora stood and went to open the door.

When she opened it, a handsome guy was leaning against the doorframe. He had sideparted medium-length black hair and gorgeous grey eyes. Piercings on his ears; one was black, and the other was a long chain. He also had a tattoo on the left side of his neck, probably extending downwards, which looked sexy with his pale ivory skin tone. He removed his earphones, "Who are you? What are you doing here?" He checked out Aurora from top to bottom with his devilish eyes. 

"What the fuck? You knock at this door and you are asking me who am I? I live here", Aurora got annoyed. 

"No, you don't, this is Sarah's room." 

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, what's with the argument? Who is it, Aurora?" Sarah pushed Aurora aside to look at the visitor. "Oh! It's you! Come in." She closed the door after the guy came in. He sat down comfortably on her bed. He was still checking out Aurora. 

Aurora furrowed her eyebrows, "Sarah, tell your boyfriend to show some manners." 

The guy started laughing loudly, "I- I am not her boyfriend!" 

Sarah whispered in her ear, "He is my brother." 

Aurora choked on the air and coughed, "I am sorry." 

"It's ok", the guy smiled. 

"Yep, Aurora, this is Ethan, my twin brother, and Ethan, this is Aurora, my new roommate!" Sarah hugged Aurora's arm, making her giggle. 

"Hi, Aurora. Nice name!" Ethan waved. 

"Thanks, but you guys don't look alike at all!" 

"Yeah, I dyed my hair black." 

"And got piercings and tattoos." Sarah rolled her eyes. 

"Well, your eye colors are still identical, makes sense." Aurora realized. 

"Well done, smartass! People often fail to notice that." Ethan was amazed, "Well, it's nice. Sarah got a roommate! I will give you my number, if she gets annoying, don't hesitate to give me a call. She does that a lot." 

"Heyyy!" Sarah crossed her arms angrily. 

"I think you got that wrong. She's very sweet and amazing and can never be annoying." Aurora hugged her, and she became jolly. 

"Alright, but I am still giving you my number. Loved what you did to Bethany!" Ethan winked. 

"Oooo, you saw? Sure", Aurora smiled. 

Ethan picked up his phone to check the time, "Hey, it's dinner. Let's go to the dining hall."
