35. Training Season

Monday Oct 4th; 9:30AM

Lisa's POV

The Following Day...

Once done with dinner at Hayvenhurst, the girls went back to Lisa's apartment and decided to end the night there since it was late and Janet didn't feel like driving back to her place after doing the turn around trip from Jersey. The following day Lisa and Janet got up pretty early to start their morning and organize themselves before the kids woke up. Since it was a monday neither of them had class and usually used that day to study, run errands, or as an extra day to rest. Once the kids woke up, they both got them dressed and had them eat their breakfast so they could headout to daycare and school.

"Alright kiddos it's time to go!" Janet yelled while waiting at the front door for them while Lisa came around the corner with their lunches for daycare.

"Jan it looks windy outside, I really think you should carry a sweater or put something long sleeve." Lisa told her while looking her up and down.

"Too much?" Janet said while turning around showing off all back yoga short-set.

"Yes!" Lisa chuckled. "Listen I rather us be a few minutes dropping off the kids then you being cold and complaining about it. I know you have something that makes you look good, but also shows off your cute ass."

"It is cute, huh?" Janet told her while shaking it a little making Lisa laugh some more than out of impulse and peer silliness Lisa smacked Janet's ass making Janet jump and smirk at her.

"Listen Lise don't start something you can't finish!" Janet yelled out laughing while walking away leaving Lisa laughing and shaking her head.

"Mama, we're ready." Riley had said coming around the corner and passing Janet with Prince right behind her with his shoes in his hands.

"Okay... come sit up on the bench you two, so I can put your shoes on."

Without any issues Riley and Prince sat on the bench for Lisa to put on their shoes. While she did Riley's first, Prince waited patiently for Lisa and watched closely to her tieing Riley's shoes

"Bunny ears!" Prince giggled.

"Yes, bunny ears Prince." Lisa chuckled.

"Okay! How does this look?" Janet had yelled coming from the corner a tight black spandex leotard.

"Looks good", Lisa told her while laughing.

After getting the approval from Lisa, the girls gathered up the kids and their things and headed out for the day. Once arriving at the daycare they dropped off the kids at daycare then headed out to a local coffee shop that Lisa found a few weeks ago when wanting to study off campus.

Meanwhile at Stumptown Coffee Roasters...

10:30AM

"Man, what's the move this weekend?!" Marcus asked while walking to the back to bother Eli and Jake.

"The move? It's Monday and yesterday was Sunday, can you give me time to think. You're always on some shit." Eli had told him while leaning back on the coffee bar eating a banana taking a small break after the morning rush while Jake stood there laughing at the two banter back and forth while cleaning up the mess they made getting ready for the next possible rush.

"Oh is something funny white boy?" Marcus asked.

"Yes... you." Jake told him calmly while finishing up his work.
