❝Mark called you? Oh, my
God.❞

ARIZONA DRAGGED ELLIE out to the ambulance bay where the bus awaited the residents to take them to the airport. "Okay, I'm less concerned about you than about Alex," the attending told her. "You're likable and friendly and smiley. Like me! Just... be like me and you'll be fine."

Ellie nodded. "Be like you," she echoed. "Got it."

"Yes—No. Be you, but be me. Good luck."

She raised her eyebrows as she watched the surgeon walk away. "O—Okay...?" Her eyes shifted over to Jackson and Mark where her brother was currently giving the resident a pep talk.

"Now, have salmon for dinner," he was saying as she walked over to him and tilted her head. "And tell room service to make sure it's not frozen. You lose Omega-3s if it's frozen. Ellie knows that." He frowned and looked at the man who was scrolling on his phone. "Avery, are you listening to me?"

"I'm trying not to," Jackson replied, looking up at him.

"Alright, how are you on cash?" Mark asked him, holding up a thick stack of bills and Ellie's eyes widened at the sight. "I figured you needed some."

"Uh—"

Ellie took it out of her brother's hand. "Thanks," she said to him before grabbing Jackson by the arm. "Come on. Before April has a heart attack that we're going to be late."

"The flight's not for three hours," Jackson replied with a frown, allowing her to drag him away from her overbearing brother. "How are we going to be late?"

Ellie shrugged before she was pulled back. "Ow."

"Okay, you got this," Mark told her, taking her by the shoulders and she looked up at him. "You're a Sloan. Sloan's are tough; Sloan's succeed. And besides, you're you. You'll be fine. Just be you."

Ellie nodded. "So be me and be Arizona Robbins," she recited. "Got it. Bye, Mark. I love you." She kissed his cheek before getting onto the bus and sat down beside Jackson.

He looked over at her. "So, are you going to be sharing any of that cash?"

"Maybe," she said with a shrug. "I mean, Mark's my brother so, technically, this money is also mine." She pulled out her laptop. "And since we're going to be getting to the airport insanely early, I brought entertainment."

Jackson looked down at her computer. "Disney marathon?" he guessed with a small sigh and she nodded with a sparkling smile.

"Disney marathon!"
