IN THE COMPUTER LAB....
We had just done a Situational Writing on dogs for adoption. Mrs Lim was using Chensy's piece as an example. Chensy had written extra, and Mrs Lim was trying to illustrate what happened if you wrote too much, which was, by the way, just more marks deducted for SPG.
"There is no point in writing about the China bit because it is not in the task sheet," Mrs Lim droned on. Then, her tongue slipped and she said, "Get, it Chensy?"
Immediately, the whole class erupted into laughter. Chensy! This was the first time any teacher had admitted that Wensy was Chensy!
Chensy! Chensy! Chensy! The whole class cheered.
