Lilly was asleep in her bed when lorelai came and woke her up. "Come on, you have to go work," lorelai said. Lilly jumped out of her bed. She liked her job only because her boss was Luke Danes and he was a family friend. "Comming," lilly said. Lilly got dressed for the day wearing low-rise jeans and a red jumper. "Hey, ready to go," asked rory. The trio walked out the door. "You're late, lilly," Luke said with a frown. "Sorry," said the teenage girl with a smile. The bells of lukes chimed. "Hello, jess," said Luke. "Lorelai lilly rory, this is jess, my nephew." Luke said, trying his best not to be awkward. "Hi," said rory and lorelai insync. Lilly turned around. "Hi, I'm lilly," said lilly, giving a small wave. "Hi," said jess. He gave lilly a small look up and down, and Luke showed him his room. "I gotta go bye mom, bye lills," said rory. "Same here, bye," said lorelai, giving lilly a kiss on the forhead. "Hey, lills, can you show jess around town?" Said Luke "Sure ill go get him." Lilly said with a smile. "Hey um luke told me to go show you around town," said lilly nervously. "Ok, let's go," said jess with a smirk on his face. Lilly showed jess around town, and they got to know each other well.
