Chapter-10

"VIHAAN!!!"

Vihaan understood in a second what he was trying to say. He apologized to Soumya. Soumya didn't say anything. She was just impressed by Shreyansh's gesture. He didn't say much but his gesture was more than words. It was the first time a guy took a stand for her except for her father, brother, and Vihaan.

From her childhood, she was chubby or, we can say, slightly overweight. Her family never said anything about her weight. They loved her the way she was. She was 5"2. But for her chubbiness, she had to face bullying. She didn't give that much attention to the bullies. Even she loves herself the way she is. But she also feels bad when someone talks about her weight; after all, she is a human being, and she also has feelings. She controlled herself every time and stood up for herself strongly. Even she made jokes about her weight with Vihaan. So, she didn't feel bad when Vihaan said something. For them, it was their regular topic to talk about. But somehow Shreyansh felt bad when Vihaan made that joke. Somewhere in his heart, she was a perfect girl. But he didn't understand the feelings yet.

She glanced at him and unknowingly smiled.

After dinner, Meenakshi told her to take a rest. She didn't get time to rest after arriving there. She nodded and went to her room with Vihaan. On their way to her room, Vihaan said,

"I'm sorry yaar for making fun"

"It's okay," I said with a smile.

"And yeah, we all have our Breakfast together at 8.00 am. So try to wake up before that time. After that time, You'll not be going to get any breakfast. "

She made an annoying face and said,

They bid goodbye and went to their rooms. Soumya closed the door and pressed her back there. She put her hand on her heart and felt her heartbeat, which was too fast. The whole time at the dinner table, her heartbeats were too fast just because of the person who was sitting beside her. A smile captured on her face. She never felt this type of something before. She shook her head to remove his thoughts and went to freshen up. After freshening up, She wore her pajama set and set an alarm for waking up early in the morning. The first alarm is set at 6.30 am, the second one is set at 7.00 am & the last one is set at 7.15 am. She didn't want to make herself embarrass in front of Rathore's. Then She called her Mother and talked for some time. Then went to sleep in her dreamland.

Shreyansh was working on his laptop to remove the thoughts of Soumya. But he couldn't control those thoughts. Her face, her voice, her tactics everything was roaming in his brain and heart. Unknowingly he was smiling. In these 4 years, whenever Vihaan talked about her, he never thought she would be like that. When Vihaan showed her picture to everyone, Shreyansh didn't even give a glance. Every time, he thought she would be like a spoiled kid type of girl. But now he realized she was well-mannered but naughty and... Cute.

When Shreyansh was in his thoughts, he heard a knock on his door.

"Come in "

"Bhaisa you called me."

"Yes, Vihaan.Take a Sit."

Vihaan came inside and sat on the couch.
Shreyansh closed his laptop and started,

"Now tell me why you told me to invite Agnihotri's personally? "

"Oh, actually, Bhaisa...." Vihaan told him everything about Soumya's permission to come here, and Shreyansh felt dumb and cursed himself because he didn't match the strings before Soumya was CEO Abhimaan Agnihotri's Sister.

He nodded after hearing Vihaan.

"Bhaisa, we both make this type of fun often. Even she made fun of her appearance. So it's casual for us."
