Muskaan joined Meenakshi. The whole week went with shopping and preparations. Soumya didn't feel uneasy with them because they all became close to each other at Muskaan's wedding. During this whole week, Soumya and Shreyansh chatted on WhatsApp a few times. Both of them didn't initiate any voice calls because they were comfortable with chatting. Most of the time, Shreyansh sent her messages when he made some time between his work, which was very little. Soumya didn't text him because she didn't want to disturb him. She knew he was busy with his work, and Shreyansh told her that he would meet her at their engagement ceremony.

Soumya was wearing a lavender color Lehenga and wore a diamond neckpiece and a pair of earrings. She had done her makeup by a makeup artist but the makeup was minimal, not that much heavy. She curled her hair, attached some little flowers the, re, and wore heels.

The engagement ceremony was held in the backyard of Soumya's house. It was a huge place. So they decorated it elegantly.

"Bhaisa, you still have time. We can cancel it." Vihaan teased Shreyansh.

"Vihaan, I can do what I said before," Shreyansh said.

"What did you tell him? " Soumya asked.

"I told him, if he uttered a word, I'll kick him from our penthouse. "

"Wow!Mereko bhi sath leke jana.Dono milke iske dhakka marenge."

Shreyansh chuckled and Vihaan made an annoying face.

"By the way, Vihaan.I want you to see someone. " Soumya said.

Vihaan said confusingly,
"Who?"

Soumya pointed him to see Haya. His eyes popped out of the sockets after seeing Haya.
"WHY IS SHE DOING HERE?!!"

"She came here for our engagement, Vihaan, and she came from Australia a few days ago after completing her studies."

"That's mean, she will also attend the wedding functions. "

Soumya controlled her laugh and nodded.

"Bhaisa, Aap mereko penthouse sehi dhakka mardo " Vihaan whined and went from there.

Her face became pale, and she said that he had some important work.Vihaan was joking with Soumya and Shreyansh. Then Haya went to them.

Shreyansh greeted her. Then Vihaan said,
"Australia se par likh kar ayi hein par koyi tameez nehi sikhi."

Both of them huffed and left.

Soumya and Shreyansh were alone on the stage. So they could talk to each other. Their families were attending guests.

"Both of them hate each other," Soumya said.

"I can see that. But why?" Shreyansh asked.

"Long story short, they both don't like to share me. Both of them are my Best friends, and they aren't even friends with each other. When Haya came here for her vacation, they involved themselves in big fights you can't even imagine. But I feel blessed because I have these monkeys in my life. That's why, they hate each other."

"I think they have a bigger competition now."

"Why?"

"Because I am not going to share you with anyone. I don't like to share my things."

"I'm not a thing."

"But you're mine."

After listening to Shreyansh, She felt butterflies in her stomach.
"Don't you feel shame when you're flirting with someone?"

"There is no need to be ashamed if you are flirting with your fiancee or.... Soon to be wife." He said in a husky voice.

Soumya suddenly felt hot.
