Chapter-14

The next few days passed fast. In those days, They took their meals together with the family. Every night, they met on the terrace and did some small talk. The first few days, meeting on the terrace with each other was unintentional, but then it became their habit. They didn't talk that much but they were enjoying their silent companies. Sometimes, they met in his library when she took another book or placed the previous books. They find peace in their presence. Shreyansh tried never to do anything that would make Soumya feel uncomfortable. They made a distance between them but still became closer. In these few days, Guests started coming for the functions and Soumya roamed around Udaipur and the Haweli. She became more comfortable with Rathores. Even Rathores loved her so much, they treated her like Muskaan. No one can stay without loving her because of her personality. Most of the days passed with a different type of Puja and havans for Muskaan's Marriage life.

The day before Muskaan's Mehendi, Muskaan and her fiancee had to do some puja in the temple. So Meenakshi told Shreyansh to go with Muskaan and told Soumya to join them. Mainly Meenakshi wanted to make both of them closer.

Three of them went to the temple together. Before getting out of the car, Soumya put her dupatta on her head, and Shreyansh's eyes were always on her. She was wearing a pink suit, and he was wearing a sky-blue color kurta.

They were waiting for Muskan's fiancee near the staircase. After some moments, Muskaan's fiancee came with two cars of guards. Soumya gasped watching his aura. He was the same aged man as Shreyansh. They all greeted each other. When they started climbing the stairs, Soumya said,

"You all go. I'll wait for you all here. I can't climb so many stairs in this heated weather." Mainly, she was afraid that if she climbed in this weather, she might get a heat stroke.

Muskaan nodded.

"Umm, you all go; I'll also wait for you all here," Shreyansh said. He didn't want to leave her alone there.

Muskaan and her fiancee went to the temple with guards.

"You didn't need to do this," Soumya said.

"What?"

She shook her head, but inside, she felt good."By the way, What does Muskaan's fiancee do?"

He looked at her and said, "You don't know?"

She shook her head.

"He is the prince of Jaipur and soon to be king. He is the CEO of PRATAB Industries. We were also batchmates when we were in London for studies."

She gulped.

"That means Muskaan will going to be Queen after marriage. "

He nodded.

"What is his name? "

Shreyansh looked at her strangely and thought 'Ye ladki har samey Muskaan se chipki hoyi rehti hein aur isko uske fiancee k baare kuch nehi pata.... Or Muskaan never told her about him '
(This girl is always clinging to her and doesn't know anything about her fiancé)

He shook his head and said,

"Jayveer Pratap Singh"

"Royal name like yours."

"Do you think my name sounds like a royal?" he smirked.

"Obviously!!!"

"SHREYANSH.SINGH.RATHORE."

He smiled.

"You should smile often. It looks good on your face."

It makes something in his heart.

"Sacchi?!!!"
(True?)

"Haanji!!!"She giggled.
(Yes)

" So....Do you like my name?"

She looked at him for some moment and then nodded.

He never thought that his name would sound that much good in someone's mouth.

A woman was passing in front of them carrying flowers in a bucket. Accidentally, all the flowers dropped on the ground. Soumya went to her and helped her to pick the flowers. The woman thanked her & said with a look at them,

"May god bless you both a happy Married life."

Soumya's eyes became big and said fastly,

"No.No.No.We are not Married couple.!!!"

Shreyansh was also shocked by that woman's comment.

"To married hone mein kya.Shadi karlo.You both look good with each other."
(So what's the big deal in getting married? Got married)

Soumya shyly smiled, and Shreyansh thought, 'Doesn't this woman know me? She is passing comments about their soon-to-be King.'But inside he felt good.

They both stood there awkwardly. Then Muskaan and her fiancee returned after their Puja. They all bid each other Goodbye and went back to Hawaii.

During the whole ride, Soumya thought about what that woman said, and she felt a hundred Butterflies playing in her stomach.

Muskaan and Soumya were playing board games in their Game room when Vihaan entered the room.

"Hey Bandariyas"

Both of them narrowed their eyes to him and showed their tongues to him .He just ignored them and take a sit beside Muskaan and noticed a book beside of Soumya.

"Do you carry your books here in Udaipur? " Vihaan asked.

"N o,It's not my book. Oh shit!! I forget to place the book in the library ." Soumya suddenly remembered.

Vihaan and Muskaan looked at each other.

"Do you take this book from dadisa's Library? Muskan asked.

Soumya shook her head. Then Vihaan realised something and look at her in horror.

" Don't tell me that you took this book from Ansh Bhaisa's Library !!!!Because There is only two libraries in the Haweli . One is Dadisa's and another is Bhaisa's."Vihaan said loudly.

Soumya nodded.Muskaan became shocked and said,

"In my whole life, I went there once with maasa for giving Birthday Surprise to Bhaisa."

"Me too." Vihaan said.

Soumya started feeling awkward.

"Now tell us how did you go there?" Vihaan asked.

Then Soumya took a breath and told them everything.

"Even you know the Passcode of the Wing!!!!" Muskaan exclaimed.

Soumya nodded and felt that they could ask her more questions. So she stood up and took the book.

"I'm going to return the book and Muskaan, you should take some rest. Tomorrow is you Mehendi. " saying that she left.

After her departure, Muskaan and Vihaan said in Unison,

"Kuch to garbar hein."
(Something is fishy.)

"Pata karna parega."Vihaan said.
