Chapter-8

She turned & went to open the door. She opened the door and saw a maid was standing there.

"Ranisa called you for lunch in the dining area & everyone is waiting for you."

Soumya nodded and thought that everyone would be present there for the lunch so she could give their gifts there. She told the maid to help her to carry the gifts. She took the gifts and came out of the room. The maid directed her to the dining area. When she reached there her jaw dropped.

She was just mesmerized by the royal & modern interior of the dining area. When Vihaan felt her presence,

"Here she is. "

Everyone's eyes went to her. She smiled and greeted everyone. She went to the elders and touched their feet; they blessed her. Vihaan's dadasa, dadisa & his father, Rudraksh Singh Rathore, caressed her head & Vihaan's Mother, Meenakshi Singh Rathore, took her in a hug. They broke the hug and Meenakshi said,

"You look prettier than the photos"

Soumya smiled. Suddenly someone came & hugged her from behind. Soumya turned and saw, it was Muskan. She hugged her back.

"Finally I meet you!!!!" Muskan loudly said.

Other members were laughing. Vihaan asked her mother where is his bhaisa. She replied that Shreyansh went to the village to visit the villagers. Then they started their lunch. Soumya enjoyed the lunch session very much with Rathores. She didn't even feel like a stranger there. They all knew everything about her as Vihaan said. After finishing lunch she said,

"I brought some gifts for you all." She pointed to the maid to come with gifts.

"Beta you don't need to give us
gifts"Meenakshi said.

" I don't need to but I want to. So you can't deny now and these are just small small gifts."

Everyone looked at her with adoration and appreciation of her thoughts. She took the gifts and went to them,

"Bare hukumsa, this is for you" Soumya said.

"Don't call us this beta. We're also your dadasa and dadisa.Call us that" Dadisa said.

Soumya nodded and gave them their gifts. Then she went to Vihaan's Mother & father.

"These are for you Hukumsa and Ranisa"

"Don't be formal beta. Call us Uncle and Aunty," Rudraksha said. He had a calm personality.

Soumya smiled and gave Muskan's gift to Muskan. Then She said to all,

"I don't know about your preferences so I brought these things. I hope you all will like it."

"I said you didn't need to give us gifts, beta, and these things are really beautiful," Meenakshi said.

They all thanked her. But one gift was left in her hand.Muskan noticed & said,

"Ye gift kiske liye?" indicated to the gift.

"This is for Chote Hukumsa. But he is not here. I'll give him later."Soumya said.

Vihaan jumped and said,

" Mera gift?"
(My gift?)

Soumya looked at him lazily & said,

"Get Lost"

Vihaan started fake crying and Everyone laughed at their tactics...

Muskan took Soumya for Haweli tour. They were roaming in the haweli. Suddenly, Soumya noticed a staircase that was different from other staircases.

Her desirous mind couldn't resist and she asked Muskaan,

"Why this staircase is different from others?"

"This staircase moves to another wing which is Ansh Bhaisa's"

"Why does he need a Wing for himself?" Soumya asked confusingly.

Muskaan smiled and replied,

"He is soon to be king and he doesn't like to share his personal space. He doesn't even allow anyone in his wing. Only Maasa knows his wing's passcode for emergency and cleaning. "

"Wow!!"

Soumya and Muskan were sitting in the garden and chatting in the afternoon. In a short time, they became very close.

"You're two years younger than me. Why you're getting married at this early age? Is your family forcing you to get married?"

Muskan smiled and said,

"It's not like th-"

Soumya cut her off and said,

"If they are forcing you then you can tell me. I can help you to cancel the marriage. Your age is for studying not for marriage. "

She didn't give me any chance to talk to Muskaan.

"Wait. Let me finish....."
