Chapter-11

The sun rose, and birds chirped, welcoming another day. On one side, Soumya was sleeping peacefully. But on the other hand, Shreyansh woke up at 5.30 am. He cleaned himself and wore his outfit for jogging and gym. He went to their big garden for jogging. Between his jogging, the roses of the garden caught his attention. Suddenly he remembered about someone and a smile cracked on his face. Last night, when he was sitting beside Soumya, the scent of roses reached his nostrils.

He went to the roses and smelled them. His nostrils filled with the scent and his mind filled with a lot of thoughts of a particular girl. He finished his jogging and went to the gym for a workout. After spending one hour in the gym, he went to his room and took a long bath. Then he started preparing himself for breakfast.

When Soumya was sleeping in her dreamland, her sleep was disturbed by the alarm. She closes the first one and the second one also. For the last time, when the alarm started buzzing, she glanced at the clock, which showed 7.15 am. She closed her alarm clock and got up. Suddenly a thought came to his mind.

"I've to wake up this early for the next nineteen days."

She huffed and got up from her bed. Firstly, she made her bed perfectly and then went to the bathroom for a long bath. After taking a bath, she came out of the bathroom and decided to wear a black chikankari dress and wide jeans.

She applied some sunscreen cream because they were going sightseeing after breakfast, kajal, lip tint, and wearing her specs. She braided her long hair on her left side. After being satisfied with her look, she took her phone and went to the garden to have breakfast with everyone.

When she entered the garden, she saw a beautiful table set up where everyone was present, and she figured out that she was the last one. But her eyes went to a particular person who was wearing an off-white colored kurta, and her heart started beating fast at that view.

She controlled herself and went near the table. She greeted everyone with her cute smile and sat beside Shreyansh because only that seat was empty. Shreyansh was sitting on the head of the chair and another was occupied by his father.

When Soumya took her seat, her nostrils filled with a strong Cologne, which was Shreyansh's. But she didn't notice that the previous day because of her nervousness. That time Vihaan started saying,

"I thought you would not get breakfast today. "

Soumya looked at everyone and said,

"Sorry, I'm late. I'll try to come early in the future."

"No beta. You're in time. There are still five minutes left. Don't give attention to Vihaan.Ye to kuch bhi bolta hein." Meenakshi said.
(He says anything)

"Aunty, I don't give it sa🤏 attention to him. Even ye mere age piche ghumta rehta hein first year se like a puppy."
(Even this one keeps following me around, this puppy from the first year onwards)

Everyone laughed at her talking except Shreyansh, who was just looking at her, admiring her beauty,y, and Vihaan whimpered.

Then the maids started serving them breakfast. When a maid served an omelet on Soumya's plate like others, Shreyansh noticed and unknowingly said,

"She doesn't eat eggs. Change it with something else."

Soumya felt something strange in her heart which one was new for her. Everyone stopped their eating and just looked at him. They all became surprised because this was the first time, Shreyansh remembered something about someone who was outside of his family. He cleared his throat to break those stares.

The maid changed the omelet with cashew nut salad. Everyone started eating again. Shreyansh and Soumya exchanged glances from time to time between their breakfast, which was not unnoticed by Meenakshi. She found something which she never noticed before in her son's eyes. The breakfast finished with laughter and Soumya's weird jokes.

After finishing breakfast, Shreyansh went outside for some preparations for Muskaan's wedding, and Soumya, Vihaan & Muskan went out sightseeing with guards.

Shreyansh started driving and thinking about Soumya's appearance. She was looking pretty, and he cursed himself for what he had done in front of everyone and gawked her like a creep. Somehow, he was trying to control those unknown feelings towards her, but when he remembered those dark brown eyes, he forgot everything. He turned the radio on to listen to songs and continued his driving with the song and lost his mind in Soumya's thoughts.
