### Chapter 6: Boundaries and Breakthroughs
Yn returned to her guesthouse, still pondering Jin's proposition. As she settled in, her phone rang. It was Jimin.
"Hey, Yn. Can we meet at the café?" Jimin asked.
"Sure, I'll be there in a few minutes," Yn replied, grabbing her coat and heading out.
At the café, Jimin greeted her with a warm smile. "I've arranged a meeting with the royal family's old treasurer. He was a friend of my dad's."
Yn thought it over. "Thanks, Jimin. It's better to do this on my own rather than relying on Jin. I'll give it a try."
The next day, Yn met Mr. Wang, the old treasurer, at his modest home. Their conversation was brief, as Mr. Wang was tight-lipped about the royal secrets.
"I can't share anything with you," Mr. Wang said sternly. "And be careful about digging into the royal family's secrets."
Confused and frustrated, Yn returned to her guesthouse and called Jimin. He arrived shortly after, concern etched on his face.
"Mr. Wang was useless," Yn lamented. "And I have a deadline looming over me."
She then recounted her conversation with Jin at the coffee shop.
Jimin listened intently and then said, "You know, it's not a bad idea. Jin's proposal might actually help you."
After much thought, Yn sent a message to Jin: "Meet at my house at 8."
Time passed quickly, and soon Jin arrived, greeting her with a hug. "Thank you. This will be beneficial for both of us."
Yn pulled back slightly. "But before I agree to be your fake fiancée, prove to me that you can give me information no one else can."
Jin nodded thoughtfully. "Follow me."
He led her to the public library. Yn scoffed, "I've already been here."
Unfazed, Jin walked into the library. Despite it being closed, the security guard opened the door and bowed to him.
"Okay, he really is someone," Yn muttered to herself.
Jin guided her to a restricted section of the library, a private area reserved exclusively for the royals.
"This is the royal family's exclusive area," Jin said. "Go on, explore."
Yn began searching through the books. While rifling through an old accounting book, she stumbled upon a hidden letter.
"Dear T, it's really difficult to pass a day without seeing you. But I know we can't be together," Yn read aloud. The letter was signed "J" and addressed to a royal Kim signed "T".
Jin looked over her shoulder, equally surprised. "I've never seen this before."
Yn was impressed. "You've proven your worth. I'll agree to be your fiancée, but we need to set boundaries."
"Of course," Jin agreed. "We'll act like we've been in love for three months to convince my family, but the limit is hugging and kissing on the cheeks."
"Deal," Yn said, feeling a strange mix of excitement and apprehension.
Jin gave her a goodnight hug. "Get ready tomorrow morning. We're going to the palace."
Yn watched him leave, her mind racing with possibilities. The coming days promised to be full of challenges and revelations.
