### Chapter 13: Unmasking the Truth
The next day, Yn woke up to the sound of the doorbell ringing. She hoped to see Jin, but instead, it was Jimin. His face was etched with concern.
"I heard everything," Jimin said, stepping inside. "We need to figure this out."
Yn nodded, her heart heavy. "Let's call my publisher. Maybe she knows something."
They quickly dialed the number, and her publisher answered, sounding irritated. "Yn, did you sell the story to another publisher?"
"No, I didn't," Yn replied, frustrated. "It wasn't me. Someone's trying to sabotage me."
Jimin looked thoughtful. "I have a feeling it might be Namjoon. He has the most to gain from this."
Yn agreed, recalling Namjoon's smug expression. "Let's talk to Ryujin. She might know something."
They met up with Ryujin at a quiet café. Ryujin looked worried as Yn explained the situation.
"I don't think Namjoon did it himself," Ryujin said, shaking her head. "He's not smart enough to edit and publish such a detailed article. But he could have taken help."
Jimin suggested they get Jungkook involved, a friend who was skilled with computers. They called him over, and soon Jungkook was busy on his laptop.
"Let's see when and where the email was sent from," Jungkook said, typing away. After a few minutes, he looked up. "The email was sent from the palace itself, during the day after your engagement party."
Yn's eyes widened. "That day, I was busy with Jin, going to his apartment and getting ready for the bachelorette party. I couldn't have sent it."
She quickly called Jin, sharing the findings. He arrived soon after, his face a mix of relief and worry.
"Yn, I believe you," Jin said firmly. "But convincing my grandparents will be harder."
"We have to try," Yn replied, determination in her voice.
They were summoned to the palace. Yn's heart pounded as they approached Jin's grandparents, who looked stern and disapproving.
"Jin, Yn," his grandfather began, "what do you have to say for yourselves?"
Jin took a deep breath. "Grandfather, we have proof that Yn didn't write that article. It was sent from the palace when she was nowhere near a computer."
Yn added, "Someone is trying to frame me, and we believe Namjoon is involved."
His grandparents exchanged glances. "Do you have evidence?" his grandmother asked.
Jin nodded. "We have a friend who traced the email. It was sent from within the palace. We need to investigate further."
His grandfather sighed, rubbing his temples. "This is a serious accusation, Jin. We will need more proof before taking any action against Namjoon."
"We understand," Yn said, her voice steady. "But please, believe me when I say I had no part in this."
Jin's grandmother softened slightly. "We will look into this. For now, let's focus on clearing Yn's name."
Yn and Jin felt a glimmer of hope. They knew it wouldn't be easy, but they were determined to uncover the truth and prove Yn's innocence. As they left the room, Jin squeezed Yn's hand reassuringly.
"We'll get through this," he whispered. "Together."
Yn nodded, feeling the strength of their bond. They had a long road ahead, but for the first time, she felt confident that they would emerge victorious.
