### Chapter 7: Moving In and Opening Up

Yn was asked to move into Jin's home or the palace. She felt nervous, but Jin reassured her. "Don't worry, Yn. I'll be with you every step of the way. And remember, Jimin has your back too."

Jimin nodded, offering a supportive smile. "You're not alone in this, Yn."

With their encouragement, Yn agreed to move into the palace. Jin decided to show her a special place before they settled in. He led her to a secluded hedge at the side of the palace. At its center stood a statue of a mother and child.

"This is me and my mother," Jin said softly, his voice filled with nostalgia. "She was the one who always supported me, who loved me unconditionally."

He shared sweet memories of their time together before his parents passed away in an accident. After that, his grandparents sent him to boarding school. "I hated it," Jin admitted. "I was always made to dress formally, act a certain way. I felt like I lost a part of myself."

Jin's eyes grew misty, and Yn instinctively reached out, cupping his cheeks in her hands. "Jin, you're not alone anymore. You have me, and we'll get through this together."

Their eyes locked, and for a moment, everything else faded away. Yn felt her heart race as she leaned in closer, feeling the warmth of his breath on her lips. Jin's hand gently brushed a strand of hair from her face, his touch sending a shiver down her spine.

"Thank you, Yn," Jin whispered, his voice barely audible. "You have no idea how much this means to me."

They lingered in that moment, feeling the spark of something deeper beginning to grow between them. Eventually, they pulled away and returned to the palace, where Jin's grandmother was waiting.

"I'd like to have tea with Yn alone," she stated, her tone leaving no room for argument.

Jin gave Yn an assured smile before leaving them alone. "You'll be fine," he whispered.

As they sat down for tea, Jin's grandmother fixed Yn with a scrutinizing gaze. "Why do you like Jin? Is it just because of his money?"

Yn took a deep breath and met her gaze steadily. "I admire Jin for his dedication to his heritage and his genuine kindness. He treats people with respect, regardless of their status. It's not about money for me. It's about who he is as a person."

The grandmother remained silent, her expression unreadable. "I don't want my grandson to break down like he did when Yuna left."

Yn's heart skipped a beat. She didn't know who Yuna was but maintained her composure. "I understand your concern. I promise you, I'm here for Jin, and I will do everything I can to support him."

After a few moments, the grandmother nodded slowly. "I hope you mean what you say. I can't bear to see him hurt again."

They finished their tea, both feeling a sense of mutual respect growing. Yn went to Jin's room afterward. As she entered, she found Jin just stepping out of the shower, a towel wrapped around his waist. His wet hair clung to his forehead, droplets of water trailing down his chest. Yn was momentarily mesmerized by the sight, feeling a blush creep up her cheeks.

Snapping out of her daze, she cleared her throat. "Jin, who is Yuna?"

Jin froze, his expression shifting to one of surprise and discomfort. "Yuna... she was someone important to me. We were engaged, but she left me. It's... a long story."
