1. I'm on the way to Nirvana... But then I didn't yet know how much my lifestyle depended on the aesthetic perception of my body (Author).

2. Death and birth. The children grew up and left. My wife lost all hope for my improvement and also left. And only now was there a deep feeling that I didn't know anything. It was the death of the past human and the moment of the birth of a new human *.

* Yogis call this state samadhi.

3. The path to insight (illumination). Finally, a human was born, and not an object to be manipulated. At the time of birth, I did not have any feelings, desires, or even thoughts. Everything has disappeared somewhere. Any tension causes deep mental pain. Is this how a literal baby feels when passing through its mother's birth canal? So I relaxed and went with the flow, not thinking about anything, relying on Mother Nature. There was some inner kernel inside. I guess this is the belief that God will not leave me.

4. Green diet. During this period I did not want to eat anything. However, like any newborn, I needed milk. Green smoothies became that milk for me. I started drinking Victoria Butenko's green smoothies. Gradually I came to life: thoughts and a desire to live appeared, then an interest in knowledge. I started reading a lot again. I'm on my way to Nirvana...

But then I didn't yet know how much my lifestyle depended on the aesthetic perception of my body.

To be continued...

Next Chapter: An Aesthetic Reason, not a consequence of diets

What we are researching: What motivates us to lose weight quickly and what will be the result?

What's new: What is the reason for disappointment in yourself?

What we will learn: How to avoid self-deception?

5. Post scriptum. Before continuing to read this book, I see the need to recommend that my dear reader read Chapter 2, "The Best-selling Nutrition Book Market," and Chapter 3, "The Uniqueness and Features of the Book," in my first book, "What's wrong with the diet? The physiological part." It briefly shows the current situation on the market for self-help books and the difference between my books and many others. As I read this and my next two books, "IV. What's Wrong with the Diet? What is the Role of the Diet Program?" and "V. What's wrong with dieting? What's the role of self-love?" You will see frequent references to my other books using conventions. Example of designation: (II fr. 11. 2; 14. 3, 6) - this link points to a fragment of the second book - II. Chapter 11, paragraph 2, and portions of Chapter 14, paragraphs 3 and 6. Enjoy reading. By George Wall.
