1 AM

Sam's POV

It's 1 AM and Brenda was finally getting the cast put on her leg. It was a clean break, so she didn't need surgery or anything thankfully. She's been in pain since it happened, and they gave her some pain medicine which a few minutes ago, which seems to be helping with the pain. When Terry asked her what color she wanted she asked me,

"Your favorite color is blue right?" I nodded to her and she told Terry,"Blue." I just laughed and played with her fingers. I took a picture of her while she was getting the cast on and she made a peace sign with her left hand and stuck her tongue out the side of her mouth like a dog, which made me laugh. I put it on Twitter and said,

Sam Evans @samevans

My poor baby, @BrendaJackson, fell down the stairs and broke her ankle. We've been at the hospital since about 7 o'clock. She'll be okay, but she has to wear a cast for 6-8 weeks.

Brenda was about to fall asleep when Terry came back in, making sure the cast was done drying. When he was finished completely, I woke her up.

"Come on baby, lets go home." She moaned and scooted closer to the cold wall, curling up in a ball.

"I'm to tired."She whined. Terry chuckled and went and got a wheelchair.

"When we get home, we'll have a soft, warm, comfortable bed to sleep in." I said. She huffed and sat up. She glared at me playfully and yawned. Terry pushed the wheelchair in and I helped her in it. I walked ahead and brought the car around to the front of the hospital, where there were a few paparazzi taking pictures. I helped her in the car, ignoring them. They kept asking if she was pregnant, despite the fact that she tweeted that she wasn't pregnant. I got in the driver side and Terry said,

"Tell Donna that I'll be back in a few minutes." I nodded and drove off. Brenda unbuckled her seat belt, scooted to the middle seat, buckled up again, and put her head on my shoulder. She fell asleep again, so this time, when we got home, I tried not to wake her up, I picked her up bridal style and took her in the house. I put her on our bed, thankful that she still had sweats and a T-shirt on, and went downstairs to tell everyone she was okay.

"Terry said he'd be back in a few minutes, so I'm going to bed." I kissed my mom and Donna on the head, along with Stacy and Sandy, who went to kiss my cheek, but licked it instead.

"You are a nasty little girl!" I said, tickling her. She giggled."Goodnight y'all." I said. There was a chorus of 'goodnight' as I went upstairs. While I was in the bathroom, I called grandma back, and left a voicemail, telling her that I would call them back tomorrow and tell them everything. I crawled into bed next to Brenda and wrapped my arms around her, and she turned over, cuddling into my side. I kissed her head and fell asleep.

TIME SKIP

Sam's POV

We skipped going to Glee club yesterday, but since there is an afternoon club get together, we're going to that tonight. Brenda hated the fact that she had to use crutches, but used them unwillingly. I had Brenda sitting at the table with me, since we're the only ones home besides Elizabeth, Stacy, and Stevie. The others went out to the park. I had Brenda drawing a picture of what she would want if we ever built our own house. Which I'm planning to do. A couple miles down the road from here, about a 20 minute drive, there is five acres of land beside a small lake. The five acres costed $14,750 all together, plus the 'small' lake beside the land costed $2,250 to own it. The lake was small compared to the ones I've been too, but 5 times bigger than a pool. And yes, I bought it.

"Do you want me to like, draw just the front? Or the back too? Or do you want me to draw what I would want the rooms and kitchen and stuff to look like? Even the front and back yard?" She asked, happy that she can draw since she loves it.

"Yeah, that will work perfectly."I said, grinning."Every little detail if you want, with color and everything."I said. She squealed happily."What kind of utensils do you want? Markers, crayons, or colored pencils?"

"Colored pencils."She answered.

"Okay, I'm gonna go out and buy you a bunch of them, cause I know you'll be having fun with this, while your drawing. Do you three wanna come with me?" I asked. Elizabeth and Stevie said no since they were caught up watching Netflix on his tablet I bought him, but Stacy said yes. Brenda motioned for me to come over to her as Stacy went up stairs to get ready.

"Take your time, spend time with her. She misses you, I know so. She's always talking about how you always used to do stuff with her. Take all day if you want too, I don't need the colored pencils right away since it'll take me a while to finish."

"I feel bad now."

"Don't feel bad Sammy, you've been busy with your career, they understand that, don't you Stevie?"

"Uh huh, yeah." He said, not paying attention. Brenda rolled her eyes.

"So we can do whatever we want?" I asked.

"Whatever you want, go out to eat, take her shopping horse back riding, whatever you and her want to do." She answered. I nodded.

"You're the best girlfriend ever, seriously." I said, kissing her head and running upstairs.

"Don't run up the stairs or you'll end up like me! All cripple and shit!" She called and I just laughed.

"Stacy!" I called, going into my and Brenda's room.

"What?" She called back.

"Wear jeans, a shirt, and your boots!"

"Why?"

"We're going horse back riding!"

Brenda's outfit but without the shoes.
