It was around 9 o'clock when Sam and Stacy got home. And Mary almost had a heart attack when she saw Stacy. She looked at Sam, livid. He raised his hands and tried to cover his face as she started hitting him with a pillow repeatedly while he fake shrieked like a girl, making everyone laugh.

"Mama! Stop hurting him!" Stacy said, putting her good hand on her hip. Mary looked at her but stopped.

"It's a pillow, it's not hurting him." Brenda snorted. Sam slowly started backing away from Mary, pointing at the bathroom.

"I'm just gonna go to the bathroom. You can try to kill me with the pillow when I get back."He said, running off to the bathroom. He came back a few minutes later.

"Did you shit?" Puck asked.

"Language, Noah. There are two four year olds in the room." Rachel scolded him. He rolled his eyes.

"Chill, Berry."

"It's Hudson now, idiot. And children repeat almost everything." She said."Poop is a better word around them."

"Okay. Were you pooping, then?"He asked in a high frilly voice.

"Okay, 1) No, I was not 'pooping', which everyone does. 2) There was a bug that I was trying to kill before Sandy saw it and has a hissy fit, and 3)That is none of your business whether or not I did." Sam said, plopping on the couch beside Brenda and hugged her, his head in her shoulder.

"What was that for?" She asked, hugging him back.

"I haven't seen you all day. I missed you."He said, his voice muffled because of her shoulder. She laughed and kissed his head.

"I missed you too." She said, and he grinned at her before putting his head in her lap. He put his feet in Puck's face, whereas he tried to push them away and ended up making Sam's feet connect with his junk. Sam started laughing.

"That wasn't a good idea was it?"He asked sarcastically. Mary stood over Sam, her hands on her hips. He noticed her stomach was poking out more than usual but ignored it and looked at her, grinning cutely.

"What happened?"

"She fell off a horse." He said. Her eyes widened.

"You're so lucky that your friends are here, or I'd be-"She didn't finished and just went in the kitchen. Sam tried his best not to start smiling, because he'd start laughing."You know you wanna laugh, Samuel, so go ahead." Despite the fact that she was pissed and used his full name, he started laughing. He stood up a few minutes later, scratching his head, and went in the kitchen with her. She was washing dishes. He hugged her from behind.

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to make you mad, even though It wasn't me that broke her arm. It was the horses fault." She laughed and turned around, hugging him back.

"Will you go outside with me? Because I know some of them, Puck and Santana, are probably eavesdropping right now."

"No we're not!" They said at the same time. She looked at Sam who snorted, then followed her. They sat on the back porch, on the swing.

"So what did you want to talk about?"

"Life, I guess. Me and you haven't had a good conversation alone in a while. How are you and Brenda doing?"

"Good, trust me." He said, grinning." Besides her falling down the stairs and hurting herself and all." Mary chuckled.

"Do you two argue a lot?"

"No, not really. I mean, we fight over little things, but every couple does." Mary nodded.

"True. So, have you thought about proposing yet?" Sam laughed.
