Chapter 30

There is a 2 month time skip, and it is now August. There will be a few time skips through out this book, just giving y'all a heads up. Plus, this chapter will be a lot shorter than the last few chapters. On with the story!

Wednesday, August 14th, 2019

Brenda's POV

Around 7 PM, I got a call from Finn. It was just Chord, Mercedes, Puck, Quinn, Kurt, Blaine, Santana, and Brittany at my house.

"Hello?" I asked.

"Hey, guess what?" He asked giddily.

"What?"

"You're an aunt!"

"Are you serious? Why didn't you tell us anything?" I asked.

"Because we wanted to surprise all of you guys! She was born at 5:22 PM, 6 pounds, 8 oz, 21 inches long. She's beautiful, Brenda. She looks just like Rachel, except with my nose, which Rachel is relieved about for some reason, I don't know why. We named her Julia Rinn Hudson. You guys can come over to the hospital of you want, room 342." He said. I awed.

"Congratulations, Finn. We'll see you in a bit." I said, and hung up. 

"Well?" Santana asked.

"Rachel had the baby at 5:22 PM today. Six pounds, 8 oz, 21 inches long. They named her Julia Rinn Hudson. They want us to come visit and meet her." I said. The girls squealed quietly, as to not wake Sam's mom, who was asleep up stairs, and we left, going to the hospital. We got there and I knocked on the door gently. Rachel called quietly,

"Come in!" I opened the door and saw her holding a small, pink bundle that was cooing quietly. I awed and walked over to the bed beside her. I looked at the small, curly haired, brunette baby. She was beautiful. She looked just like Rachel, but with Finn's nose.

"She's beautiful." I said. Sam stood beside her.

"She really is."

"At least she doesn't have that huge Jewish nose." Puck said. Rachel glared at him and Sam slapped him on the head.

"Shut up, dumb ass." He said. Rachel giggled.

"Do you want to hold her, Brenda?"She asked. I nodded. I gently picked Julia up and cradled her in my arms. She opened her eyes and looked up at me.

"Hey, pretty girl! I'm your Auntie Brenda, and I love your adorable self already!" I exclaimed quietly. Sam put his finger in her hand and she gripped it tightly.

"She's adorable. Why didn't you at least call me, I'm your brother." Kurt said, pouting. Finn clapped him on the back.

"We wanted to surprise you guys, and a laboring Rachel is a serious nightmare." He said quietly, thinking she didn't hear him. Sam snorted and Rachel slapped him.

"I heard that, Finn." She said, glaring at him. He kissed her on the lips and she stopped glaring at him. I looked at Sam.

"Do you want to hold her? And the answer better not be no, because your holding her anyway."I said, putting her in his arms before he could say no. He stiffened, but after a few seconds, he relaxed and cuddled her to his chest. He smiled, letting her hold his finger again.

"She really is beautiful. She's so small." He said. I smiled, looking at him. I took a picture of him holding her. I asked Rachel,

"Can I put it on Twitter?"

"Sure." She said, grinning. I clapped silently.

Sammy is an uncle y'all! Not biologically, but he's an uncle! And I'm an auntie! Congratulations to Finn and Rachel on their precious little girl!

I'm sorry it's so short! But I wanted to get to chapter 30! It's almost 4 AM here, and I'm tired. But remember, the shorter the chapters are, the longer the story will be. 70-80 chapters! And, there will be a book 7 AND a book 8!
