The perfect marriage

"SOO-CHEOL"

Hae-min came into the room. She touched her brother's forehead feelings for a fever. "They think it's a panic disorder at least that's what Dr.Jeong said" Da-Hye said.

"What were you so stressed about?" Hae-min asked her brother. "Grandpa! he was shouting at me again" Soo-cheol said. "You need to breathe or you'll pass out again Soo-Cheol." she replied.

"Nuna you're grandfathers favorite. can't you talk to him?" Soo-Cheol begged. "No Soo-Cheol i spoken to him the last....time" a wave of dizzy ness hit her. Her stomach swirled with a feeling she knew too well.

She stood up, placing a hand on her stomach and walking out of the room. She pulled out her phone and called Hae-in. The phone rang for a bit before Hae-in picked up.

"Hello? Hae-min what is it?" She asked. "Eonni are you alright? What's wrong? Where are you?" She bombarded her.

Hae-in's stomach sank, she forgot ever since they were children Hae-min always felt when something was wrong with her. Hae-min described it as a swirling feeling in her stomach.

Like something bad was going to happen. Hae-in didn't believe it at first until Hae-in was getting chased by a dog. Hae-min came sprinting right from the playground and to her sister. Fortunately a boy saved hae-in's life.

"I'm fine Hae-min" she spoke. "Are you sure? I have that feeling again Eonni, i just want to make sure you're alright" Hae-Min asked. "Yes i'm fine".

Hae-min walked back into her company. "Hello Mrs.Hong" Her employees bowed their head. "Hello" she gave a bring smile and walked toward her office.

She pushed open the glass door and sat down at her desk. She was stuck revising designs for the fall collection, flipping through hundreds of designs.

Most of them were good but just wasn't Joae style. Joae style was soft and feminine. They ranged in all colors and sizes.Tweed designs or sweet heart lace detailings.

Time had gone by so quickly the woman had barely noticed what time it was. That was until her husband came in welding flowers.

"What are you doing here?" She asked looking up at her husband. She put a cap back on the pen and set it down. "I wanted to see you" Suno grinned placing the flowers down.

Choi Suno was an extremely handsome man. He was 6'1 with dark hair he kept neatly groomed, full pink lips and gorgeous face. Many women would call him the perfect husband.

Amazing cook, smart, handsome, strong, athletic, loyal, caring, and worshiped the ground his wife walked on. Suno wouldn't even so much as bat an eye at another woman. His excuse "Why would i look at another woman and i have my wife? she's a goddess!".

Many men would call Hae-min the perfect wife. She was cool, fun and sweet. She cooked mouth watering dishes and was super laid back. Suno was able to hang, though he rarely wanted to without his wife.

The perfect marriage, what every newlywed think they would be like. "The store ran out of orchids, the second store closed so i had to get tulips".

"That's quite alright i love tulips just the same" She smiled and stood from her chair. Suno wrapped his arms around her. "You look so beautiful" he mumbled, his clone flooding her senses almost like a trance.

She smiled at him before standing on her tippy toes to kiss him. "The family is having dinner tonight" Suno said. "Please let's skip it, My family is....I just want to spend time with just you tonight" she confessed.

"That can always be arranged for my beautiful wife. Will you Mrs.Hong go on a date with me?" he asked. "Depends where are we going Mr.Choi?" She asked.

"Getting some Gamja hotdogs (korean corn dogs) and some ice cream and eating in the park?". She gasped "Oh Mr.Choi how could i turn you down?".

The couple left hand in hand to get their food and sat down on the swings in an empty park. She stared at the playground in front of her. "Are you okay?" he asked her touching her leg.

"A long time ago i knew a boy" she started. "His name is a bit fuzzy but i remember his face clear as day" she pointed at the side. "I met him at the slide when i was a child, he kicked Soo-cheol off the slide and i punched him in the face".

Suno laughed a bit "you punched him in the face?". It was hard to imagine his sweet Hae-min punching someone. "I wanted to protect my brother. I did stop by the orphanage to apologize, i baked him muffins". "Were they good?".

"They were awful" she threw her head back with a laugh. "Maybe he thought they were good" Suno said. "He was just being nice. Anyways we hung out a lot after that, then one day i came to our regular spot and he was gone, along with my necklace".

Sorrow filled her eyes as she thought about it. "maybe he needed it" Suno said. "i would have gave anything else to him. i loved that necklace" she said.

She turned to him offering him a smile "eat your corn dog" she pointed. He took a large bite from it, cheese pulling from it. The crunchy sweetness swirling around his tongue.

"It's good" he nodded "remember in high school you'd sneak out and meet me at this very park?" he asked her. She nodded "i had the biggest crush on you, i still do" she said.

"Wow the Hong Hae-min has a crush on little ole me? Interesting because i have a bigger crush on you" he said before taking a large bite from the corn dog in her hand.

Her mouth dropped open as she stared at him with wide eyes "Choi Suno!". She looked back and forth between him and the corn dog. "Mm could use more sugar" He said. She playfully slapped his arm "My corn dog!" she pouted.

"I'm sorry baby" He pressed a kiss to her cheek. "I'll let you have the rest of my ice cream. I won't even sample anymore" he said. "Suno there is no more" she pointed at the empty cup.

"Oh....Mmmm okay how about this. When you come home from work i'll have a nice bath and massage just waiting for you!" he said. "I don't know" she pretending to think tapping her finger on her chin.

"I'll make you brownies" he added. "You get me every time" she smiled. He leaned over and pressed a kiss to her lips.
