Winner of the year

"JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE A FASHION DESIGNER DOESN'T MEAN YOU DON'T HAVE TO FOLLOW DRESS CODE".

"Hae-in's right you look like you're modeling for a Ralph Lauren" Soo-cheol chimed in. "You can talk when you can beat me brother".

Hae-min's family loved to criticize her for her appearance. They claim she dresses like a run way model at the wrong times. She considered her current outfit a dress down.

She stood, holding onto her husbands arm. "Mr.Yoon it is nice of you to join us" Hae-min smiled thinly at him. "Of course. I enjoy a good hunt, Tell me who usually wins?" Eun-sung asked.

"Either one of the twins" Soo-Cheol shrugged. Eun-sung looked over at Hae-min who was talking her husband's ear off about how gorgeous the land was. It was hard to believe someone who looked so fragile was good with a weapon.

The games started and Hae-min skipped off, her husband hot on her trail. "I know you like to hunt alone but i don't want to leave you" Suno said. "It's okay, we can spend more time together" she smiled at him.

Before suno could say anything she cocked her gun and took aim at the sky. A bird came zooming past and she shot her shot. "Nice hit my love" He said as the bird tumbled from the sky.

Hae-min felt a wave of nausea hit her but she ignored it as she continued her hunt. Hae-min was surprisingly good with a gun despite being raised as a princesses her entire life.

"I'll catch up with you" Suno said suddenly and walked up the mountain. Hae-min frowned but continued on. On her hunt she found a deer. Oddly Grace Go was there, a match maker.

"Hae-min, darling isn't it gorgeous" she said. "Don't call me that" Hae min snapped. "Excuse me?" grace gasped.

"Just because you have enough wrinkles to pass as a grandma doesn't make you my grandma".

Hae-min pointed her loading gun toward the game. "I don't like you". "You don't have to like me, Be careful with the gun, you're very fragile-".

Hae-min's head turned and her eyes bore into Grace's as she shot without looking. The loud thud of her game claimed her success.

"Sorry who was fragile?" She raised her brows. When the older woman stayed quiet Hae-min walked off with a light scoff. She wasn't a fan of Grace, Suel-Hee's or Da-Hye.

Grace constantly liked to call her fragile or say she was a princess in almost a mocking tone. If anyone was the fragile princess it was Soo-Cheol.

"Congratulations Hong Hae-Min, This years winner" The guide declared. Hae-Min smirked as soo-cheol complained. "No fair! She shot them Darts!". "I'm not taking the lives of animals. Order a pizza" she scoffed.

"Shouldn't we call Dr.kim?" Their father asked. Hae-min sat beside her sisters legs, icing her ankle for her. "I'm okay i just sprained it a little". She avoided the eyes of Hae-min who stared at her knowingly.

Hyun-woo felt guilty everytime he had to look Suno or Hae-min in the eyes and tell them Hae-in is okay. He knew Suno would go back and feed his wife Hyun-woo's lies. And she would believe them, that's how it was when you were special to Hae-min.

She'd go through hell to prove you innocent and she never believed you could have a bad bone in you. Which is why it made Hyun-woo feel worse. It was a matter of time before she lost her twin sister and then what?

Would she spiral? Would she cut Hyun-woo off and never speak to him again? Thoughts like that haunted him. He hated the hong family with his entire heart but Hae-min he couldn't bring himself to hate.

She was selfless and always thought about him even if his wife forgot and would slap Hae-in's name on gifts for him. He found it weird the real Hae-in would get him something small like an expensive watch or cuff links.

Then there would be personal gifts like his very own bat for the batting cages because he complained about the rentals or giving his family gifts because they mean a lot to him.

He knew those were from Hae-min. It was clear by the way she gave gifts. Last year Suno said he always wanted to sail and learn how. Christmas she paid in full for an instructor and got him a small personal sail boat.

His initials on the side. She got her father a personal masseuse because he complained about his back hurting. If you looked at Hae-min beside her looks you would think she came from humble beginnings.

She cared about animals and people. Her employees got work done without her having to kick and scream at them.

"i gotta say, Baek handled it really well" Aunt Beom-Ja said. "I mean, all of a sudden, he caught a wild boar? he's been playing coy with us" Soo-cheol said. "Not coy he's just competent" father said.

"Was that a compliment?" Soo-cheol sat up in surprise. Hae-min stood up "i'll be back i have to get Sowon dressed" She said and walked about of the room. She walked toward her grandfathers living room where he played with her.

"Grandfather" she said. Sowon jumped up and ran to her mom. Hae-min scooped her up "How was she? Was she mean?" Hae-min tickled her daughter.

"No no she was just fine Hae-min" The old man got off the couch and came toward the two girls. "Congratulations on your win" He patted her back.

"Thank you grandpa" she smiled. She then looked at Sowon. "Let's get you dressed!" she said. "Bye bye" she waved at her grandpa. He gave her a kiss on the cheek and waved as her mother took her away.
