"At least in this lifetime we are sticking together. Me and my husband".
Hong Hae-min the twin sister of hong hae-in and the oldest sister of Hong Soo-Cheol goes on the ride of her life beside her husband.
"Just one please" Suno almost dropped his plate when he heard Hae-min's voice. He turned his head and seen the pretty girl walking to a booth that was his to serve.
Hong Hae-min, the second of three hong children. Her parents were mind blowing rich. Not just that she was absolutely gorgeous, nearly every boy Suno encountered on the soccer team talked about her.
Just this morning she was asked out the second she went into class. Suno felt like he was gonna faint if she said yes. Her cheeks twinged pink "I'm sorry. I like someone else." she said.
When the kid gave a sad face it made her rush to apologize. "I'm so sorry these are gorgeous flowers! Wow where did you get them? i appreciate the thought, do you mind if i pay you back for them?" she rambled.
Suno stood up "You don't need to pay him for those, he bought those with his own free will. Let her sit down will you". Her eyes met his and she gave him a smile.
"Hi what can i get started for you?" He approached his table. "Oh! You're the boy from my class. I'm Hong Hae-min" she smiled. "Choi Suno." he said flatly. "Can i have a water and two slices of pepperoni pizza?" she asked.
He nodded "i'll be right out" he turned and walked out. He snuck glances at her as he worked. She toyed with the table cloth and admired the art on the walls. "Here you go" he placed the two slices down. "What time do you get off?" she asked him.
"What?" he turned. "What time do you get off?" she asked. "In a 30 minutes why?" he asked. "Mmm your pizza will be cold by then" she said glancing at the pizza. "My pizza?" he questioned.
She nodded "This one is yours" she pointed to the bigger slice. "why are you buying me pizza?" he asked her. "I want to thank you." she smiled at him. "For what?" his brows raised. "I'll wait till you get off".
When Suno got off she was still sitting there, her glass of water long gone and the two pizzas sitting in two to go boxes. "Let's go" he mumbled. She picked up the boxes and followed him out.
The teenage duo ended up at a park. "Why aren't you eating your pizza?" He asked her. "Because it's not mine," She sat down on the swings. "What?" he turned his head toward her.
"It isn't mine. on my walk home there is a homeless lady, it's for her" she said. "You bought two slices of pizza and sat in a pizza place for half an hour for two people you don't know?" he asked in disbelief.
"Yes that's correct" she nodded. He scoffed "You aren't what i thought" he said. "what did you think?" she asked, cocking her head to the side. "I thought you were gonna be some type of brat." he explained.
"A lot of people assume that" She pushed off on the swings making her swing a little bit. "Does that bother you?" he asked then took a bite of the pizza. "no. I can see why they would think that. My parents have money and usually kids like me are mean".
"And you aren't mean?" he asked. "I like to think i'm pretty nice. Whether i have money or not being a terrible person is inexcusable" she commented.
"I wanted to thank you Choi suno. I really didn't want to break that guys heart but he was really really persistent" she said. "You don't need to thank me for that. You need to learn how to be firm" He casted her a glance.
Her eyes were on him, the lights from the post bouncing off creating almost a star effect in her eyes. "Why are you looking at me like that?" he asked. "Like what?" she asked, her lips forming into a slight pout as her brows ceased.
"Like that! With those eyes" he said. "What eyes?" her head turned a bit. She reminded him of a puppy, big brown eyes that twinkled.
"Why do you keep staring at me?" he asked. "Because you're talking. I'm paying attention to you" She said. She looked away for a second to pull out a chapstick. "Your lip is bleeding" she handed it over.
He curiously took it, it was a small jar with a vaseline label on it. he awkwardly applied it. "It's getting late. Enjoy your pizza Suno" she smiled and got up. "What?" he questioned before following her.
His tall thin frame loomed over hers. Suno's 6'0 easily towered her 5'5. "What are you doing?" she asked. "I'm walking you home. Face forward, the last thing i need is you tripping over something" he replied.
She gave him a smile and did as told. The two stopped by the elderly homeless woman. He watched as she handed over the pizza and the 27 thousand won.
"I apologize Ms.Kym, i brought less money with me by accident" She bowed her head. "It's alright. I appreciate it. Will i see you tomorrow?" the woman asked. "Yes Ma'am".
"Such a nice girl you are. Go on now get home safely" the woman smiled. "Good bye Ms.Kym" Hae-min bowed her head once more and walked off with Suno trailing her.
From then on Suno walked her home everyday. Hae-min waved to him in the halls and even sat and had lunch with him. Suno didn't have many friends, mostly because he was a dick.
But he couldn't bring himself to be mean to Hae-Min. He had grown to really like her. His boss loved her as well since she brought in a lot of costumers.
Boys came to see her and sometimes sat at the booth with her while she waited for Suno's shift to end. Some girls came to gawk at Suno and eventually it became a new hang out place.
Hae-min started working there, under her parent's noses of course. Her mother would have a stroke if she found out. Hae-in didn't care and Soo-Cheol got free pizza so he kept his mouth shut.
