It was May when it started. Hot shot was now five years old. Hot shot now liked many things he loved to be active, he loved animals, he loved Pokemon, he loved the color yellow, he loved rhinos, he loved many kinds of food and he loved sports. Hot shot had woken up bright and early. Hot shot saw the sun was up and heard the birds singing. "It's morning," Hot shot said stretching. Then Hot shot noticed something. His head was hurting. "Ouch my head," he said. He was wondering why his head was hurting. He was very confused about this. His head was very sore and felt like a dull ache. Hot shot got out of bed and headed in the kitchen. First thing he did was come up to his mother. He knew his mother was a doctor and might be able to help. "Mummy my head hurts," he said.

"I am sorry to hear that," Quickshadow said. "Feeling anything besides a sore head?" she asked him.

"My tummy kind of hurts," Hot shot answered honestly. He noticed this morning his tummy was feeling kind of funny too so he thought he had to tell her about it.

"Don't worry Dr. Mummy will take care of it," Quickshadow said. She gave Hot shot some medicine to help his head feel better. "Here you go Hot shot this medicine will help your head feel much better," she said.

"Okay," Hot shot said and took his medicine. Hot shot handed the cup back to his mother.

"Just try to rest and relax now," Quickshadow said.

Hot shot had some water with dry oat cereal for breakfast so not to upset his hurting stomach. Hot shot was just not feeling well at all. Hot shot was laying on the couch feeling miserable. Hot shot was wondering why he was feeling so bad. Then Hot shot threw up a bit later.

"Ugh," Hot shot said. He was a bit surprised when it happened.

"I think you should try to rest for a while," Quickshadow said.

"Okay," Hot shot said. He was going to do what his mother told him to.

Hot shot laid down on the couch. Hot shot's headache wasn't going away even with the medicine. A few hours later Hot shot saw his mother. "Mummy my head still hurts," Hot shot said.

"I am sorry," Quickshadow said.

Hot shot was wondering why his head was hurting so much. Hot shot went to bed with a headache still happening. Hot shot was hoping to feel better soon.

Over the next several days Hot shot still had a headache. The medicine his mother was giving him wasn't helping at all. Hot shot's head was still hurting. His head felt like a giant fizzy bottle that had been shaken up too much. The pain could be an intense pressure, along with a dull ache, with an add of the occasional sharp pain. Sometimes it was all three of those kinds of pains rolled into one. It was very unpleasant and uncomfortable. Hot shot wasn't too happy about it. "My head hurts!" Hot shot said to his parents on a regular basis. Hot shot wasn't happy about being in so much pain. He kept complaining about it. His parents were wondering why his headache was remaining and it was worrying them. It was very unusual.

Hot shot was also still feeling sick to his stomach. Hot shot vomited often in the mornings and other times during the day. Hot shot hated that very much. He was understanding why he was vomiting so much during the past several days. Hot shot was feeling terrible and wanting it to stop. Heatwave and Quickshadow were also pretty concerned because they had seen Hot shot vomit for the past several days and had a feeling something wasn't right at all. It was kind of odd to say the least.

Hot shot was also feeling very tired. Hot shot just didn't have a lot of energy. He was just wanting to lay down and rest. He just didn't have a lot of energy. He was wondering why he was feeling so tired and out of energy. His parents were worried because he wasn't running around and playing as much as he used too. This change was very concerning.
