3rd person POV (Yeosang):

Yeosang's mom attempted to speak, but Yeosang interrupted her, saying, "Please, don't say anything. I'm aware it's not right, but I can't help loving him." Yeosang exclaimed, "Darling, it's alright. I stand by your decisions because I have faith in you. Just be cautious, please." His mother pleaded, "Can you come over, and bring some chicken?" Yeosang sniffled and replied, "Of course, sweetheart. I'll be there in half an hour." His mother agreed before hanging up the phone.

Yeosang got up to fetch some tissues from the kitchen, relieved that Jongho wasn't around this time. He quickly grabbed the tissues and returned to his room, wiping away his tears. Glancing out of the window, he noticed that it was raining. As a child, he used to enjoy dancing in the rain. "Screw it," Yeosang thought, slipping on his shoes and dashing outside. With a joyful expression on his face, Yeosang laughed and danced, twirling around and splashing in puddles. Unaware of the watchful eyes, he let the raindrops fall on his face, savoring the moment. The rain brought him immense happiness.

"Yeosang, what's going on!' Yeosang's mother just walked in and caught him in the act, 'Don't you just love the rain, mom? Come dance with me!' Yeosang exclaimed as he grabbed his mother and spun her around, both of them bursting into laughter. Yeosang's scales were starting to become visible, looking healthier than ever. 'Let's head inside before you catch a cold,' Yeosang's mother insisted, leading him indoors. Once inside the dorm, Jongho was sitting there with a grin on his face. 'Towels are on the table,' Jongho informed them. 'Thanks, Jongho,' Yeosang's mother replied. Jongho stood up, greeted her with a bow, 'No problem, ma'am,' before heading back to his room and shutting the door.

"Darling, it's the little things that count," Yeosang's mom said cheerfully as she used one of the towels to dry Yeosang's hair. "Time for a nice, warm bath," she added. "Mommm," Yeosang whined in reply. "Come on, show me your scales, Yeosang," his mother commanded. Yeosang obediently popped his tail out. "Hm," was all his mother said.

"Common, let's prepare you for bed," his mother mentioned. "Mom, I'm capable of handling it myself, but thanks for staying with me," Yeosang responded. "Are you trying to say you want some alone time?" Yeosang's mother teased. "Let's have dinner first, I had a busy day," Yeosang said with a soft smile. "Alright," his mother replied, returning the smile.

Yeosang exclaimed, "Wow, that was tasty, mom!" His mother grinned and replied, "I need to go now, I have to feed the cat at home. Text me if you need anything, sweetie." She rushed out the door, leaving Yeosang puzzled. "But we don't even have a cat," he muttered in confusion.

Yeosang turned around to hear a voice calling out, "Jongho, hey there, you startled me!" Yeosang chuckled nervously, feeling his heart racing in his chest. "I saw your note, come here," Jongho said as he picked up Yeosang and brought him to his room. "What's going on?" Yeosang asked, his heart beating faster as Jongho's hands rested on his thighs, driving him mad.

Jongho grinned mischievously and exclaimed, "I wanted to show you something." Yeosang's face turned bright red in embarrassment. "Come on, have a seat," Jongho instructed, and Yeosang obediently sat down beside him. "You won't believe it, but this box was a birthday gift I received just before my parents passed away. I wanted to share it with you," Jongho said, passing the box to Yeosang.

Yeosang asked, "Is this a mermaid's enchantment?" Jongho replied, "Yes, it was my mother's, her best friend's brooch." Yeosang exclaimed, "Wow, this is beautiful!" Jongho insisted, "I want you to have it. I know it may not match your hair color, but I really want you to have it." Yeosang requested, "Can you put it on my hair?"
