Lana called me late at night while I was awake overthinking about everything. She told me that there was gonna be a new dance introduced soon and she needed my help making the moves.

Lana, Evelyn and I have been making all the dances lately since our teacher has been struggling with her home life and personal stuff. Mostly she just sits by the wall of mirrors and watches us with a proud look.

It's sad to see her like that, but we did all we could and we're just having fun now. I've had lots more time to make videos of myself, Lana and sometimes Evelyn on social media.

I always loved making dancing videos. Maybe not dances we made ourselves but something like tik tok dances too. It's always so fun when it doesn't have to do with work.

That is the one thing thats hard about being a professional dancer in my opinion. I've always loved dancing but lately its been all about work and money. I guess we've grown up.

My phone plings and I look at my home screen. What i see is the most shocking thing I've seen in a while.

Billieeilish has sent you a message

I click on the notification, the phone automatically taking me to instagram where it seems like Billie eilish has sent me a dm.

I read the message while still being in shock but trying to compose myself.

I stare at the message in shock trying to figure out if this is a fake message. Is she messing with me? Is it a fake account? Is she scamming me or something?
There's no way this is a real message from the Billie eilish. What do I respond with?

The only logical thing I could think of doing, is call my friends. I manage to get Lana and Evelyn on a facetime call. The moment they both pick up, I almost scream what has happened.

"What did you just say?!?" Lana screams back at me. Both of them look tired but i messaged them saying it was SOS so they answered anyway.

"Have you checked if its a fake account?" Evelyn asks. A small part of my brain tells me that by saying that, she doesnt really believe that Billie would ever actually text me, but i know thats not what she meant.

"Yes of course i checked and its real seriously." I say still feeling hyper. I almost cant breathe or talk properly and i chuckle after every sentence i say cus i cant hold it in.

"Well then you better fucking say yes Claire!!!" Lana screams at me. It feels like a demand but its okay cus its her, and I know shes right. I cant miss out on this opportunity. Its too big.

They help me figure out what to answer, and then i send the message.
