Note: Meg is older than Aliya
Megan's younger brother, Kyro, was a singer set to release his debut album soon. His management wanted him to be the opening act for LUNA, a four-member girl group, at their concert.
Meg was a fan of LUNA, and her bias was Aliya, even though she knew Molly personally because of her brother. Though they weren't very close, Molly would occasionally reply to Meg's Instagram stories, and Meg would do the same.
Despite being a fan for only two months, Meg knew her boundaries and didn't want to invade the idols' privacy. Aliya had been very vocal about her fear of potential stalkers.
On the day of the concert, Meg didn't want to go empty-handed. She bought four bouquets of sunflowers and a New Era LA cap for her bias, knowing that Aliya loved wearing caps.
"One hour before we start. Ready ka na, Kyro?"
Megan heard the staff as she stood backstage. She had no choice but to be there because her brother asked her to assist him.
"Nasan na ang LUNA? Sabi mo magpapapicture ako," Meg said to her brother.
"Ayan oh. Molly! Si Ate Meg andito!" Kyro shouted at the girls walking towards them.
"Ate Meg!!!" Molly squealed. The two girls hugged while the other three members of LUNA paused, watching them.
"Gael, Sadie, Aliya, si Ate Meg nga pala. Ate ni Kyro," Molly introduced her friend's sister.
"Hello, I'm a fan. Good luck sa concert!" Meg told them. "Ay, ito nga pala para sa inyo." Meg pulled out a huge paper bag containing her gifts.
She handed the girls their flowers one by one, leaving the New Era cap in her paper bag.
"Thank you po!" Gael said, smiling from ear to ear.
"Hala, ate! Ang ganda! Ang ganda mo rin po!" Sadie exclaimed.
"Thank you, Sadie. Parang ikaw na bias ko," Meg joked.
"Totoo, ate. Ang pogi at ganda mo nga eh. Bagay sa 'yo red hair," Molly agreed. "Thank you dito, ate!" she added.
Meg started to feel nervous as she approached her bias. "Here," she said, not looking directly at the idol she adored.
"Thanks po," Aliya said shyly.
Meg was thrilled to meet all the LUNA members, but she remained composed. She tried so hard not to stare at Aliya that she didn't realize she hadn't looked at her at all, even when giving her the flowers.
"Labas tayo minsan nila Kyro. My treat," Meg, the redhead, said.
"Gusto ko yan, ate!" Molly said excitedly.
They took a group photo, and then the girls bid goodbye.
"Grabeng pogi naman nun!" Sadie exclaimed as they entered the dressing room.
