Saturday afternoon,Mandisa and Lethu get off the taxi and not the uber. Lethu was a little drunk but Mandisa was just as set as someone who had nothing because she had nothing but juice,she's pregnant.
"Mzala! " lethu screamed.
Lethu kept talking while Mandisa dragged her by her,the car didn't park too far. She gets in and locks the gate,locks the house as well.
"Lethu!" Mandisa calls her.
"Yebo! Yebo yes mzala wami omuhleeeeee!" She laughed.
As soon as she reached for her phone,the car fled and breathes a sigh of relief. The two get ready for bed but Mandisa was not at ease.
Andiswa was at Sbu's house inside,making herself comfortable while waiting for Sbu to come back.
He had a black balaclava and and poloneck jersey.
"About time! Ubekhona?" She asked.
"Angithi ngik'tshelile ukuthi ngim'shiye em'sebenzini" He said,angrily.
"Manje uthethisa ba?" Andiswa asked.
"Okahle Andiswa. Ngyam'sola uMfundo yezwa?uyazi lomuntu." Sbusiso said.
"Wazini?" Andiswa asked.
"Ngokuthi ngibulele uFikile" sbusiso said.
"Ayikho leyonto wena! Relax and take sometime off." Andiswa said.
"Mhlampe" He said,facing the mirror.
Andiswa hugs him from behind and feels his skin deep.
Celisiwe on the other hand had 10 pregnancy tests. She has been meaning to test herself and getting a little nervous.
Sunday! Mandisa had made some chicken sandwiches and juice before church. Lethu woke up with a very heavy head.
"Yhoooooo!" She held it and dragged herself to get some green tea.
"Ya s'dakwa" She laughed.
"And then wena?why aren't you sick?" Lethu asked.
"I do drink but ay wena?on another level sisi" Mandisa said.
"Yazi ngiphethwe ikhanda elinzima kanjani. Yhoooo" She kept complaining while Mandisa set up the table.
She placed her plate onto the eating table,a juice and some sauces incase Lethu might need.
"Sifike kanjani vele lana?" Lethu asked.
"By taxis. I didn't call the ubers to pick us up otherwise uMfundo would've known." Mandisa said.
"Eish." Lethu said.
"Mzala kukhona ek'mele ngik'tshele kona" Mandisa paused and faced her.
"Ya?" She said,squinting her eyes.
"Ng'mithi" She said.
Lethu's eyes widened and jumped to give Mandisa a hug and a long stare.
"Umithi?" Lethu asked,holding her head.
"Kunjalo nje." She said.
"Mandisa! Aybo" She chuckled
"Kade ngithi ng'funa ukusho kodwa...beng'saba" She said.
"Kona uyang'thusa oe but...(she stands up and jumps up and down) congratulations mzala!!!!" Lethu said excitingly.
"Ungagxumi kakhulu ikhanda lizok'phatha." Mandisa said.
"Okahle! This means you're giving me another chance to be an Aunty and yourself to be a mother and uMah to be a grandmother " She smiled.
"I'm glad you think of it that way." She digs in.
