Monday morning,everyone prepared to go to work including Mandisa.
Her arms got better than what it was yesterday, it looked healed too. She was also getting ready,Lethu saw her mood had lighten up by just staying positive. Amazing how she even made lunch for the both of them.
"And then?what did I miss mzala?" Lethu smiled,arms folded and leaned on the wall with her towel wrapped around.
"You missed nothing. After what happened,ngzok'beka emuva and just continue with life." She was also styling her hair,making sure it was looking pretty and with a smile all day.
"I want what you're on shame,it must be strong" the two laugh it out as they prepare to get taken by the uber.
"Ngicabanga ukuthi siye kobona uAunty." Mandisa said.
"K'mele siye. I will get some of her fruits and meet khona es'bhedlela." Lethu said.
"Right,nami ngzothenga ak'thandayo and then see you there." Mandisa takes their dishes and puts them inside the sink.
"Asambe ntombi,kumele siye kophangela" Lethu said.
"Remember how we planned to be housewives?what happened to us!" Mandisa shouts.
"Life happened oe! High school made us think that bring a housewives wasn't such a bad idea" Lethu locks the door and catches up with Mandisa.
"And then?Varsity?did it not make us wanna get married to rich men instantl?!" Mandisa laughed.
"And just get away with it ngoba is'kole was never built for pretty girls like us!" Lethu laughed.
"Amen!" Mandisa screamed.
The two just couldn't contain their laughter and got inside the uber. Lethu got dropped off first then Mandisa, same time and Celisiwe dropping off Vusi. He looked thrilled but luckily Celisiwe comes closer to Mandisa as she gets off the uber.
"Unjani sisi?" She smiled.
"Ngyaphila." Mandisa with the attitude.
"There's absolutely no reason for you to give me that sour attitude. " She said.
"Ey Cebi or whatever your name is..." Celisiwe cut her.
"It's Mrs C. Zwide to you but Mrs Zwide sounds nice,don't you think?" Celisiwe prides herself and smiles.
"Ung'funani?" She looked annoyed.
"Nothing,I just wanted to greet you and see ukuthi kuhamba kanjani with work." She smiled, arms folded.
"As you can see nawe,I'm well. Anything else?" Mandisa asked.
"No no but just a reminder ukuthi uMfundo and I are married and he loves me more than gold okay?" She put her hand at Mandisa's shoulder.
Mandisa removed Celisiswe's hand on her shoulder.
"Get your filthy hands off me right?you don't just touch people. I'm very sensitive to energy,ngingaba nebhadi nje ngenxa yakho and also take your energy, put it into your marriage because clearly you need it." Mandisa said,giving some to Vusi since he offered to help carry.
"Oh but sthandwa sami, my marriage is perfect." She said to herself.
"Inkinga angik'buzanga ukuthi umshado wakho uhamba kanjani" Mandisa said and took her stuff and walked away
The bell rang and all the student gathered around or lined up to get into class with their fingers stuck to their mouths.
After every student cleared up outside,she gets in with a smile and greets every student. Vusi stood out the most when Mandisa told them to take out their workbooks.
