*Roni pov*
After I left the caves, I went to find Baliyo. He was my best friend when I first came here, and I recently have been thinking about him a lot. He asked me to meet him at the tree earlier, so that's where I went. When I get there, Baliyo is with Makovu planning a party. But when he sees me, he jumps up and says, "Roni!" I smile and hug him. I say, "What's up, Baliyo?" He says, "I wanted to spend some time with you." I say, "Oh, okay!" I'm excited to spend time with him, and he is too, so he says something to Makovu, who nods and walks away.
Me and Baliyo start talking. We both love to talk, so it's fun. I can't tell if he's flirting with me, though, but I wouldn't mind. We start to joke and walk. Eventually, we start talking about music when I ask, "Do you still like music?" He says, "Of course, me and Yen made a song." I say, "Oh, what's it about?" He says, "It's about our Grandma and her funeral. It's called Pink Skies." I say, "Oh, can I hear it. I know Yen was super sensitive." He says, "He was, so it's super emotional. But I can try it's normally both of us singing, with him on fiddle me on guitar." I say, "I can try and sing it if you have it written down." He says, 'You want to?" I say, "Sure!"
He brings me yo his cave and hands me to lyrics. I read them over twice before saying okay. He starts to play his guitar and sings.

(Baliyo)
The kids are in town for a funeral
So stretch and dry your eyes
I know they got plenty of young blood left in 'em
And plenty nights under pink skies
You taught 'em to enjoy(Baliyo)
So clean the caves, wash your fur
Dust the floors, stand tall
Like no one's ever been here
Before or at all
And don't you mention all those paintings
She made on that wall
We all know you showed her half those places back when you were 8(Both)
If you could see 'em now, you'd be proud
But you'd think they's yuppies
Your funeral was beautiful
I bet God heard you comin'(Makovu/Roni)
The kids are in town for a funeral
And the grass all smells the same
As the day you broke your wrist playing
With that kid out on the river
You bailed him out, never said a thing
About Jesus or the way he's livin'(Both)
If you could see 'em now, you'd be proud
But you'd think they's yuppies
Your funeral was beautiful
I bet God heard you comin'(Both)
If you could see 'em now, you'd be proud
But you'd think they's yuppies
Your funeral was beautiful
I bet God heard you comin'(Roni/Makovu)
The kids are in town for a funeral
So stretch and dry your eyes
I know they got plenty young blood left in 'em
And plenty nights under pink skies
You taught 'em to enjoyBy the end of it, I feel a little emotional, but I smile and say, "You weren't kidding." He chuckles and says, "Yeah, but you were awesome." I blush and say, "Thanks." Baliyo tries to force a smile, but I notice the tears falling from his eyes. So I nuzzle him and say, "It's okay, I know you miss her." He sniffles and says, "I bet she would've loved you." As he regains himself, I feel his face heat up from blushing, so I kiss his cheek.
His eyes go wide, and his tail/ears go straight up briefly until his suprise turns to bliss. I smile at him as he says, "I live you, Roni." I nuzzle him and say, "I know, I love you too." He smiles widely as we nuzzle.
The rest of the day, we're together, and he's trying to be romantic (he's not very good at it), but I don't mind as long as we're together. Right before sunset, Baliyo says, "I gotta show you something, but we need to hurry." I say, "Okay." As we rush to a hill.
As we approach the top, he says, "This is my favorite spot for this." When we reach the top, the sun starts to set, and the sky turns to beautiful shades of pink and purple.
*Third person pov*
As the two watch the sunset, they embrace each other in a hug, then a nuzzle, and eventually Roni lays her head on his lap. All under pink skies.Hey guys, Jedi here, and I hope you enjoyed it. This chapter wasn't ever in my plan until LionessNightPride (the creator of Roni) brought up their relationship (which we agreed would happen a long time ago), and I decided to make this chapter. Then Pink Skies came out, and I knew I had to use it for this. So anyways, have a good day/night. May the force be with you Jedi out!!!
