You spent the next few days exploring London, visiting popular attractions, such as The Shard or the London Eye. Since you were going to stay here a little longer, you thought it would be best to know your town better.

After a long day of exploring, visiting museums and galleries, you took the night train home. It was about 1am, and you just managed to catch the last train back home. You took your seat, seeing as the passenger car was completely empty. You took a deep breath and took out your almost empty water bottle.

You sipped the rest of the water and looked outside. The stars weren't clear tonight, it was surprisingly cloudy outside. The conductor came around to check your ticket, and after he was done, you were left alone.

It felt peaceful, after such a long day of walking and being around highly crowded areas.

You took your phone out of your purse, planning to put on some music to fill your head with scenarios. What you saw exceeded your expectations by a mile.

It was another email.

The heading said 'Results of the interviews.'

Your heart started pounding hard in your chest. Your eyes were wide in shock. You started sweating, and you were biting the inside of your cheek. Your finger, shakily hovering above the email notification, clicked after you gathered all the courage you had left in you.

You closed your eyes as the email was loading, promising yourself to find another job, just in case this doesn't work out.

You took another deep breath.

This time, the email was from Achilles Chlorus' official email address.

"Hello, Miss. (Last Name). I thoroughly hope you're having a good day.

After scrutinizing and weighing my options, I've decided that your assistance would bring positive results to the company. I believe you are perfect for the position of being my personal assistant, and I hereby hire you. The details and clarifications are listed in the forum bellow.

- Signed, Achilles Chlorus, your CEO.

You almost jumped out of your seat in happiness. You've made it! Your smile beamed, and if there was anyone else left in the coach, they'd think you were crazy, smiling bright and wide.

You had to celebrate by making your favorite food. Hopefully, the convenience store down the road from your apartment complex was still open.

Asterios couldn't help but smile the entire time he was writing that faithful email. His heart was hammering in his chest, and he couldn't comprehend all of the emotions he felt as he sent it to you.

You would finally be with him again, and he was absolutely ecstatic. Your smile would brighten up his day, your laugh would bring joy into his world, and most importantly, he could be in your arms, once again.

He missed your hugs more than anything in his life. Your touch and love was more important to him than oxygen or water. If he had the choice to stay in your embrace for eternity, or save Earth from utter destruction, he'd say bye to his father.

...Maybe spit in his face and beat him up before his untimely demise, though.

In this moment, there was nothing more important than seeing a reply to his email. He sent it around 5pm, and he patiently waited for a response as he watched London from a bird's perspective.

He didn't even realize it had gotten so late, until he heard a soft ding go off from his computer. He muted all of his notifications except for your email address, and his head snapped towards the screen.

It was, in fact, a response from his Sunshine.

'Dear Mr. Chlorus,

I hope you're having a great day so far. If not, you've certainly made my day a lot brighter! I am more than happy to accept your offer, and I will be at the office on Monday, as you ordered. Before this email ends, I'd like to ask if there are any specific requirements or items I should have on me on my first day.

Thank you for your response irregardless, and I am happy to be employed.

- Signed, (Name) (Last Name), your new personal assistant.'

He almost cried at the response. You've accepted his offer! He read the sweet words over and over again, believing his own eyes were deceiving him. He put his mask off of his face, hands rubbing against his cheeks as he tried to calm himself.

In the short future, you'd be reunited once again.

That made his heart hurt a little. You don't remember him. It's been ten years after his 'disappearence', and you surely must've moved on. And even if you hadn't, his physique changed drastically after he burnt down that forsaken, cursed apartment complex.

Ever since he moved in with his father, he's gained a lot of weight, and he wasn't that skimpy, lanky boy anymore. He's grown much taller, and he worked out daily.

The only thing that hasn't changed about him was his long, jet black hair. He kept it at this length simply because he thought it was appealing. He liked how curly his hair was, and he got so used to having his hair in either a low ponytail or letting it rest freely, he didn't want to cut his hair too much.

He trimmed and had his hair done every month, though, despite the fact his hair was straight out of a commercial, no matter if he used expensive shampoos or simple water.

He thought about how he'd get you settled in. Your office was already built, it just needed decor. It was fully furnished, but he wasn't sure if you'd like the dark black colors of his taste.

If you hadn't changed, then your favorite color is still pink.

You've made that very obvious even as a child.

"Hey, Star! Check out what I've got!" Your small child body jumped up into your seat as you started rummaging through your backpack.

He was always there before you, and he looked forward to seeing your face light up when you saw him. He turned to you, resting his arms against his desk.

You proudly pulled out a small plastic container. You raised it high above your head, as if it was a trophy. Then, you pointed it towards him and opened it like a treasure chest.

Inside was a bundle of pink bows.

He chuckled slightly. You really liked pink, and he was just looking forward to what you'd do next.

"Have you put them in your dolls' hair?" Asterios asked as you picked one of the longer pieces of fabric out. You smiled, "Yes, but their hair was so small, the bow slipped away! So..." You gave him a look that he knew all to well. You wanted something, and he knew exactly what.

"Okay, fine. Do whatever." He chuckled again as you jumped down, pressed your desks together and jumped back up, shuffling closer to him with several bows in your hand.

You braided, brushed and played with Star's hair, and in the end, it ended up in a low ponytail with two braids mixing into it, leaving a few strands of hair on his head.

Asterios wondered if this was why he wore low ponytails so often.

It reminded him of you.
