Hailie's POV
I stared with a pinched expression as Walker leaned over to kiss McKenna. My eyes were on the two as he smiled when she looked at him.
"Jealous much?" Brady asked with a look of accusation. My eyes snap to him even forgetting no one else was in the room but Walker. I wasn't even attentive to my expression, which was clearly not pleasant.
"No" I hesitated with a controlled smile, I glimpsed back over to Walker who was now brushing out her hair.
Eugh
"He's a good actor, y'know. Trust me this is all just for the movie." He assured, and his jaw tightened like he wanted to say something else but was holding back. "I promise you, Walker wishes he were with you right now."
I let his sentence linger in the air as I respond "I don't care," but my voice is thin and Brady's expression makes it clear he doesn't believe me.
"END OF TAKE 3"
The moment the take ended Walker glanced over to me the instant the take ended.
