Travis frowned for the millionth time. After Stacy bailed to look after an unwell Charlie, Beau had insisted Travis do the tattoo and he let Beau talk him into doing the tattoo here. He'd been to Beaus house before but there were a lot more people here than usual.
"When did this place become a hostel?" He whispered to Beau. He saw the most beautiful person he'd ever seen smile at his comment, their purple contacted eyes twinkling with mirth.
He felt a bit flushed by the attention.
Holy shit. He swore to himself again as he laid his eyes on the Bianca.
"Hello." The tall woman stepped towards him, in such a small place as it was, she was imposing, even though he was taller than her. The kitchen and dining room were full of all these people- Jesus, that guy is humungous. The four strange people were hauntingly beautiful. Fuck...
Travis's eye drew back to the blond in front of him. She was gorgeous. Okay, yeah this made sense. He checked out his brother-in-law. He was just in a pair of joggers- Bianca herself in a shirt with no bra and black skinny jeans. Kids nowadays.
Beau introduced them. She seemed... nice.
Toby introduced him to the other people. After pleasantries Beau motioned down the hall. "We'll do it in my room."
"Sure." He saw they had laid a sheet over the bed and Travis laid out barrier film sheets. Why had he let Beau talk him into this?
He laid everything out, seeing Toby bounce around in the background. As he was about to lay out his inks Bianca stopped him and handed him a vial. "What's this?"
"This is the ink you need to use."
Travis looked at the object in horror. It looked like dirty blood. "Arg- No." He tried to hand it back.
Beau put his hand on his shoulder. "It's okay. It's just a traditional thing." Travis raised an eyebrow at him. Beau shrugged, "It's cultural."
Travis looked at the content. It did have the consistency of ink. "What's in it?"
"It's just a homemade ink."
Travis shrugged. "Whatever."
Bianca took her top off and laid in the bed. Beau covered her with the shirt she had just pulled off- she just smiled at him. He sat down on the other side of Bianca.
Travis gave Beau a look. Beau frowning at his expression. This was a weird way to meet your little bros girlfriend. Travis was glad Stacy hadn't come here- what was he thinking? She never would have agreed to any of this. He stared at Beau again and noticed the new tattoo for his first time. "Where did you get that?"
"I did it," Bianca replied.
Travis leant across Bianca and tilted Beau's head. It was nicely done, the healing amazing. So he was giving her a tattoo in the same spot. Jesus, he does have it bad. He and Stacy had thought it was quick for her to be getting Beau's tatt so soon.
Travis took a seat, adjusting the height. He chatted with Toby as he worked- well Toby mainly talked at him. Neither Bianca nor Beau spoke. They just stared lovingly at each other. Travis would glance at the woman's face every few minutes. She hadn't flinched at any point and she lay dead still. It was eerie.
The intricate pattern was beautiful and the red was going to sit nicely on her creamy skin.
"I've been planning on traveling after graduation." Toby was prattling on. "Narrowing down to Europe."
"Yeah?" Travis said absentmindedly, Bianca and Beau had started to whisper to each other. He was catching every other word
"Yeah. And now that Beau's girl is over there I'm hoping I can finally talk him into coming."
