Cry
Yumi cries easily when it comes to animals dying or watching an animal die in a movie. However, when it comes to real life situations, she was fairly strong when it comes to holding her tears and not losing it. She considers herself a professional when it comes to holding back her emotions and not bursting out into tears.
But just her luck, it was one of the days where her hormones were going crazy and haywire. She tried so hard to calm herself but soon realized she couldn't control her emotions. At sixteen, she was at the age where she developed insecurities and more self-awareness. It was like an experience everyone her age must undergo.
So, when she experienced one of the most embarrassing things teenage girls could experience, she wanted to dig her own grave and die.
Yumi had a leak in school.
Her friends were kind enough to let her borrow their hoodie and walk her home. Despite it, the embarrassment was still killing her. She can already hear the tease coming to her way.
Not wanting to stay at home and wallow in sadness, she found herself wandering and sooner, at the entrance of the space.
Maybe because she just wanted to be cheered up by a certain boy.
However, just as she was about to enter, she heard some voices of students pass by. Seeing their uniform, she knew they came from her school.
"I heard that there was someone who got a leak from 10-A earlier."
"Really? That must have been embarrassing."
Waiting until they left, Yumi crouched and tried to hold in her tears but failed. Everything was so overwhelming and exhausting. When she was about to stand up and lock herself in her room, she heard that all too familiar voice.
"Red? Are you crying?"
He crouched down and saw her eyes, red from crying. Her nose was red as well. Her fists clenched.
"Hyung, have you found noona-"
"Who did this to her?"
"Hyung?"
Minho shushed them and helped Yumi stand up. He did not comment anything when she hid her face on his chest, still crying. "Can you tell me what's wrong?" He whispered.
"Nothing." She sniffed. "I'm sorry. Just got overwhelmed." She lied. There was no way in hell she'll tell her crush that she got a leak in class. Might as well never face him again if he told her.
Minho knew he was lying but did not pry any further. He respected her and he knew she would tell her if she wanted to. "Okay. Do you want to come in now?"
Yumi nodded and as she stopped hiding, she saw the three boys watching at her curiously.
"Noona, who do we need to beat up?" Jun asked.
"Where do they live?" Dobi asked.
"I don't mind testing my taekwondo skills." Woo spoke up.
