Isaac's Summer Break Nightmare

~ Isaac ~

Today started off great. It was a normal sunny Wednesday morning, but when the clock struck twelve everything went to shit. 

The day started off good. It's our summer break, so there was no school, and I was planning on running for a few hours then going to the gym and spending the rest of the day lounging around watching some shows. 

It was seven thirty in the morning and I was getting ready to go on my run. On my way out the door, I saw the sky changing for the worst, but I pushed it to the back of my head and turned my music up, beginning my run. 

I ran for about three hours until I ran across a woman in need. I didn't think before helping her because Scott always says to 'help those in need no matter what', and that's what I did. I helped the woman and went back to my run. 

I ran for another hour or so, when the sky opened up and drenched me. I ran home as quick as I could and changed from my drenched clothes. 

From then, I chose not to go out to the gym and did a quick work out before throwing myself on the couch and turning on the TV. 

As if a strike of evil, my power cut out. I tried the light switches and nothing worked, it seemed a little dodgy when I looked out the window and saw the labourers watching TV. Something was about to happen, I pulled out my phone and called my alpha. 

~ Phone call ~

"Isaac, what's up? " Scott's voice came through the phone. 

"Scott, something happening here. Powers gone out." Isaac said, locking his doors and windows and going to his room to his window when he saw the tree line moving. 

"Isaac baby, that's fine, maybe you forgot to pay the bill." Scott said calmly. 

"Scott that wouldn't explain the moving people loaded with guns and crossbows in the woods out back." Isaac said his nerves and fear bubbling up. 

"Alright, don't move, I'm coming to you." There was a crashing sound downstairs. Their got inside. "Isaac get out. Get out now. Run into the woods and don't stop until you reach Dereks house, then go down to the bunker and lock the door. Don't come out until you hear me. Understand? " Scott directed, and Isaac quietly climbed out his bedroom window when he saw the hunter disappear into his house. 

"Okay Scott, I'm in the woods, they're still in the house." Isaac said still running. "Okay, don't stop until you get to the bunker. " Scott sounded like he was running too. 

"Scott, in case I don't get to the bunker in time, just know that I love you and I will take as many of them with me as I can." Isaac said, trying to stay strong, but Scott could hear the fear in his voice. 

"Isaac, shut up and run. You are not leaving me now, so don't even think about, just get to the bunker and I'll meet you there." Scott said confidently.

~ Isaac ~

Scott hung up, and I ran as fast as my feet would carry me to the hale house.

I ran, and it felt like hours had passed, but then I got a glimpse of Derek's house, and it gave me hope. 

When I got to the bunker, I got in and locked it. I was sat in silence waiting and listening for something, a heart, a voice, a gun, anything. 

I held my breath when I heard Scott's heartbeat getting closer, but something was wrong his heart beats off, that's when I heard it, another heartbeat. 

"Isaac! I'm here, come out!" I heard Scott yell, but then he whispered. "Don't come out, we've got company. One hunter, maybe more hidden. Stay out of sight."
