When I'm young and old,
I want you to love me.
I want you to cling to my weathered hand fast,
Like the skydiver to their parachute in the sky.
I want you to stare into my wizened eyes long,
As if when you turn away, I'd be your miracle mirage gone away.
When I'm young and old,
I want you to love me.
Love me like your youth,
Yearn for me like nostalgia.
Love me. Love me. Love me.
Remind me everyday,
when I'm young and old,
that there are reasons to stay.
I love you. Love you. Love you.
Some things defy age.
Some feelings never go away.
Some people live to stay.

And Me...
PoetryThis is just a collection of poems that I've written and the others that I plan to write. I'm not claiming to be some epic poet, but I hope you all enjoy. Thanks for reading (if you read) and thanks for commenting (if you speak). Your choice :)
